I went to look at a 2006 Ford Ranger that was listed on Ebay. When I got there I saw that it was beat to death with hail damage. There was no mention of this in the description of the vehicle. I asked the salesmen why they wouldn't disclose this in the ad, and his first answer was I didn't know we were supposed to. I told him that I wasted time and money to come and look at this and was very disappointed that hail damage was not disclosed.

He then told me that if they disclosed the hail damage, no one would come and look at the truck. I told him that was very shady business and he told me not to get mad at him, but to call the owner and tell him. When I got home today, I found that they updated the ad to include (light hail). I took my Versa in for the usual oil change and general check-up. The service was exceptional. The waiting area is well equipped.......coffee pot, tv, computer provided with internet access. They got done with the car very quick and did a good job. Was only there approximately 30 minutes. Job well done!

Yes and I already have recommended it. So far my experience has been great with everyone I have dealt with. I was very impressed with Cordney from the time I drove on to the lot up until now. He is 100% customer service friendly and I appreicate that. I have also dealt with Marvin in service and he is 100% customer service too not to mention the man that drove me to my house from the dealership. I forget his name but he was super nice too. So far I have nothing but positive things to say about Hudiburg and to top it off I LOVE MY NEW CAR.

Shop Hudiburg Nissan last unless you don't like shopping...in which case you should shop them first. Though the location is not "magnificent," the crew I worked with was all about getting me into the truck I wanted. I had zero frustration. I called and made an offer on a truck they did not have, however Jimmy Ghavami called me promptly and said "I'll do it." They brought the truck in from another dealer and called me to let me know it was there. I went in, Jimmy had me test drive the truck, filled it with gas and we "did the deal." There was no pressure to buy extras, but Joe Gibson made it clear that extras are available. Bethany Gonzales went over the basic information with me and has made herself available for questions and solutions over the course of the last six weeks. Eddie Morris tied up a loose end for me and I'm looking forward to doing more business at Hudiburg. No kidding, this has been the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had.

I called this dealer ahead and asked if they had a specific vehicle in stock as I had seen on the internet and didn't want to waste my time driving from Norman if it wasn't there. I spoke with Colby, and we kept in touch regarding incentives and that the vehicle was indeed there. When I arrived, Colby greeted me and my truck that I was interested was pulled up in front waiting for me. The truck had more options than I needed, so we took some time looking around the lot at some other trucks that might fit my needs/desires as well. In the end, we decided that the truck I called about would be the best and we got down to the nuts/bolts of the deal. Dealt with Greg Ryan and negotiated a fair price for both my trade in and the new truck. I was pleased with the no hassle / no haggle atmosphere and appreciated their respect of my time as well. I went back in today for a minor repair and Greg was again helpful in locating my trade in to recover an item left behind. The service department experience was also very desireable. So far, I am very pleased and impressed with this dealership and the entire experience. I would very much recommend them.

This was not like any other car buying experience I have ever had before.
My salesman name was Victoe Kienka, He bent over backwards to show me every
pickup he thought I would be enterested in. Needless to say, I drove my pickup home that day. I have recieved follow up Calls and letters from all. Very, very satisfied.
