My Review Of Hudson Chrysler Jeep Dodge:
My daughter's car broke down two months ago and when my daughter was picking up her two small children ages 9 and 6 daily from aftercare in Irvington, I found out recently by accident, that she was WALKING them to my home where they currently live--in Hillside!
I urged her to get another car before winter came, but she ignored my advice, or was procrastinating going through the process of finding another car--you know how that Generation X is!
When I received an advertisement in the mail from Hudson Chrysler Jeep Dodge, I set up the 6:30pm appointment for Wednesday, Oct. 3 and brought her along with me.
I took the salesman aside and informed him that I would trade in my 2010 Dodge only if he did everything he could to make sure that my daughter received a car that sSHE could afford--therefore he would get two car sales from this one appointment.
The Hudson Chrysler Jeep Dodge team (Carlos, Julio, John, Aaron and Declan) swung into action and I drove away with a 2012 Chrysler 200 on Wednesday night and my daughter drove away with a 2010 Kia Soul the following night after obtaining affordable insurance with Progressive.
Altogether, despite the long hours at the dealership, the sales team's customer service skills, knowledge, very interesting conversations and tolerance for my very rambunctious four grandchildren made the experience a pleasant one--the best car purchase experience I have ever had in over 40 years!
