Luis was outstanding! He really tried; I have to hand it to him. Unfortunately, we did not buy a vehicle with this dealer because they just couldn't get us down to the price (yes, reasonable) that we wanted. I would definitely recommend you visit with Luis (or Lou, as he is lovingly referred to)if you are interested in buying a car. He is professional, hard working, and will try his best to get you what you need.

My wife and I are expecting a new baby and we needed a bigger vehicle for a family of 6. We were treated awesomely and with respect. I didn't feel any arm twisting, pulling and tugging of feelings (guilt) and to tell you the truth, I've bought 5 new cars in my life and this was my best experience with my worst credit rating. Need I say more??? Customer service was truly at my service. Great guys at Hudson Dodge-they seem to work together without the "Cut Throat" atmosphere. Management has to take some credit here!!!

My daughter's car broke down two months ago and when my daughter was picking up her two small children ages 9 and 6 daily from aftercare in Irvington, I found out recently by accident, that she was WALKING them to my home where they currently live--in Hillside!

I urged her to get another car before winter came, but she ignored my advice, or was procrastinating going through the process of finding another car--you know how that Generation X is!

When I received an advertisement in the mail from Hudson Chrysler Jeep Dodge, I set up the 6:30pm appointment for Wednesday, Oct. 3 and brought her along with me.

I took the salesman aside and informed him that I would trade in my 2010 Dodge only if he did everything he could to make sure that my daughter received a car that sSHE could afford--therefore he would get two car sales from this one appointment.

The Hudson Chrysler Jeep Dodge team (Carlos, Julio, John, Aaron and Declan) swung into action and I drove away with a 2012 Chrysler 200 on Wednesday night and my daughter drove away with a 2010 Kia Soul the following night after obtaining affordable insurance with Progressive.

Altogether, despite the long hours at the dealership, the sales team's customer service skills, knowledge, very interesting conversations and tolerance for my very rambunctious four grandchildren made the experience a pleasant one--the best car purchase experience I have ever had in over 40 years!

I recently purchased a used Audi from the dealership and the experience couldn't be any more different to what I have experienced from dealers in Greenwich and Fairfield in Connecticut. In CT I was just one of many - they did not want to make a deal or didn't even bother calling back. Julio and Aaron, on the other hand, appreciated the opportunity to sell me a car. They were willing to negotiate the price, got me great financing and even delivered the car to me in CT! Just superb service. I just wish they were closer! Please ask for Julio or Aaron and you won't be disappointed.
