We purchased a new truck this summer with a $1000 rebate to finance with Ford Credit. Our first impression of the store was great- very friendly and our transactional needs were met. The salesman and finance gal asked us to keep the loan 90 days, and they would refinance us or we could go thru our credit union. I asked if we could refinance it sooner and was told "no". A couple weeks later, I left a message for the finance gal. A week later, I called again and was told she had left the organization, so message may not have been received. I was then directed to leave a message for Tom B, the sales manager, who never called me back either. My wife called the 800 number on our Ford Credit contract to find out if there was a pre-payment penalty on the $1000. We ended up refinancing within the first month at our credit union. My wife and I were very disappointed with the lack of communication and apparent disorganization within the store. We live near the store, but work in the city. There are lots of other options for us to service and purchase a vehicle next time as we feel very put-off by the "after-care" of buying a vehicle from this dealer.

I just purchased a Ford Fiesta from these guys - what a great experience!! All pricing practices, trade in values and dealer fees were disclosed upfront. There were no hidden surprises when the car was delivered. Financing through the dealer was a great option. I have a grand total of 46 miles on my new Fiesta - I am anticipating 200,000 more!! I came to Hudson Ford because it is where my Mom purchased her last vehicle. The experience was great! Everyone was so nice and helpful! My mom worked with Dan Anderson then, so I asked for his help this time too, and he was great. I bought a new 2012 Focus and I love it. Thank you!

Informative, eager to help. Fast to respond to requests. Sales person went out of his way to work with us to find what we wanted even after hours. Finance people were wonderful and quick. We wanted a specific truck with specific options and the sales person went out of his way to find it. His communication was wonderful. The only think that I would recommend is that the sales person respond to request in some way just to know what the message was received.

From the first phone call to the signing of the papers, Dick was great! He was honest, straightforward, and gave excellent service. I would definitely work with Dick again for future service and definitely refer friends and family.

However, if I were greated first by the manager, and not Dick, I would have probably turned around and went home. He never gave us eye contact, he didn't even talk to us. I got the feeling that he had better things to do than give us his time.

I have to say that Dick was the reason we bought the car from Hudson Ford. We were trying to decide between a car 3 miles from our home at a Dealership in Burnsville, and the one we bought in Hudson- 40 miles from our home. Because of the excellent service we received from Dick, we went with our car from Hudson Ford.

Went in to the dealership wanting to test drive a truck with the new Ecoboost engine and have an opportunity to do a thorough test of the factory Sony/NAV system. I showed up on a day that the dealership was very busy and seemingly a bit short staffed with regard to salesmen (a rare occasion). Without a salesman available the sales manager set me up with the keys to a truck and I was able to play with the audio/nav system to my hearts content. I spent well over a 1/2 hour with the truck running and was happy to have the unpressured time to satisfy my curiosity. When done, still without a saleman free, the sales manager went with me himself to make sure I got my test drive in. I ended up ordering a vehicle because nothing in the area matched what I wanted. The ordering process was smooth, I was happy with the overall price including the value I was given on my trade-in. After getting the truck ordered the internet sales manager - Steve Rude - was great to work with. Did a nice job of keeping me updated on the status of the truck being built and also extremely knowledgeable on the use of all the electronics (and it can be a bit overwhelming at first). Love the truck and very happy with my overall experience with Hudson Ford. I can't wait until they get the quicklane built so I can use them for oil changes too!!

Excellent job. Out of all the car salesmen I've dealt with over the past fifteen years Matt has been by far and away down to earth while keeping it real. Very helpful and patient. Very competent with his knowing of the inner workings of the truck and really took his time with my wife and I in trying to teach us about the systems behind it. He treated me like an adult and a man rather than judging me as some kid that receives a company vehicle from his father.

The only thing for the dealership to keep in mind as a whole is being a little bit more prepared for the next big rebate month. I could sense from the employees that they were stressed and under the gun. Maybe it was understaffed. But let me stress that Matt and Rebecca were excellent in how they dealt with me.

I will come back and purchase more vehicles from Matt specifically in the future.
