for once in my entired life it was a real joy to deal with henry mercado at hudson honda of west new york. they're very professional when it comes to customer services mr. henry mercado show me everything about this beautiful car and he was very nice and very professional when we took this beautiful car into a test drive. everybody is excellent at this dealership.if i have to refer anybody tobuy a car at hudson honda of west new york i would do it with my eyes closed.they should me respect and answer all my questions. once again i said hudson honda of west new york is the dealership you can thrust.

you know you shop you shop and you shop but PEOPLE IT COMES DOWN TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! TREAT ME RIGHT AND YOU WIN AND HUDSON HONDA OF WEST NEW YORK WON!!! paramus honda TOO BUSY, garden st honda TERRIBLE REPUTATION, metro MO EVEN CLSOE AND WAY TOO MANY E MAILS!!!! These guys were right there but their SERVICE WAS WHAT BLEW ME AWAY!!! Take the time and listen to the customer and its amazing how WE WILL BUY!!!! HUDSON HONDA OF WEST NEW YORK THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART I LOVE MY 2008 HONDA FIT!!! ALL YOU SO CALLED BIG DEALERS CAN REALLY LEARN SOMETHING OR TWO FROM A SMALL DEALER!! I received great service. I started with the internet department and the salesperson who worked with me was very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. He met all my needs without any obstacles. My credit was a bit tough but they where able to get me approved. The entire experience was pleasant and I am very very happy with my new Honda.

Johnny Rivas is an a_hole. A $60,000 employee (probably even less than that) has the nerve to make sarcastic comments about my trade-in. I walked away from an almost done deal because of this SOB's attitude.

After visiting at least 4 other dealerships, I went to Hudson Honda. Hector took his time with my family and me & helped us choose a car that was PERFECT and at a great price. However, I got cold feet & walked out at the VERY last minute (yes, the paperwork was already written up). I have never had the greatest luck with cars and felt that I should establish a relationship with a dealer closer to home (Queens, NY) and wanted to go for a better rate on my loan (NOTHING to do with Honda). I hoped I could find someone like Hector who was friendly, knowledgeable and best of all, patient. There was no pressure to purchase. He could write a book on the soft-sell. Months later, I returned to Hudson Honda. I called Hector and told him what I wanted to spend and what I was looking for. When I got there - the car was ready! I completed the paperwork and drove it off the lot that day. I could not be more pleased.

I bought an 08 Honda Accord Coupe EX from them 3 months ago. I broke down and the service department had it for 10 days and the whole time had no idea what was wrong with it. After replacing multiple parts - and never giving me an invoice of what was done - they gave the car back and a day later decided that it was "bad gas". They want my insurance company to pay for it - they will be doing an extensive investigation on this. All in all they have poor service - not very informative - they do things without telling you first or with your approval and then expect you to pay for it in the end. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone

During the last decade my husband and I have had the pleasure of having three different Honda vehicles (ALL PURCHASED AT HUDSON HONDA). We just recently got into another Odyssey and we LOVE IT! We have visited other dealerships and have NEVER been treated with the courtesy and ease that we've found at Hudson Honda. When you walk in you don't feel pressured and everyone there works together as though they are family. I have needed service for small reasons and they have taken my vehicle in without any hassle, (when you're a busy working mom every minute counts!) Since we've always gotten great deals on our vehicles I have referred many friends to Hudson Honda and they have all been very happy with their purchases. All of our Honda vehicles have been exceptional, and the sales and service of this dealership is exceptional!! Special thanks to Johnny Rivas, General Sales Manager, Oci Mancha, and Favio Rivas from Service for all of your help!--you guys are the best! There's absoulutely nowhere like Hudson Honda!!!

Second, price quoted + docs/fees + sales tax is exactly written in the purchase order. NO HIDDEN COST.

Third, excellent service from sale (Yirko) and finance manager (Joe).

I hihgly recommend this dealer. NO HAGGLE, NO PRESSURE.
