I read several reviews about the friendly service, pleasant buying experience and I was skeptical. I made my offer online and it was accepted. So I expected to go in and hear about how the manager couldn't approve that offer and to play all the games I had been playing with other dealers. The reviews are true. The service is friendly and the buying experience was pleasant and Doug did not play games. No one did. Everything was great and my wife and I are very very happy.

Chris was very attentive, enjoyed working with John on the deal, he worked a great deal for me, sold me on the facts about my Armada and he found me what I wanted. Sorry but I can't remember the financial rep but he knows his business as well!

I came in to purchase a 09 Nissan and Mr. Danson was my rep. and he took great care of me before my purchase and he checked in on me later to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I'm very pleased with the customer service I was given also.And the price of the car was in my budget.I would recommend the Hudson Nissan to all of my friends and family. I had the best experience at your dealership. I must say that Ernest Danson went above and beyond the call of duty. I must admit that I am a hard customer to please and he found a way to make sure that I found a car that I would absolutely love. Most individuals would give up after the first try and he kept at it. I must say he made me feel like family and like I can come back to him and your staff for any issues or concerns that I may have. I have already told my friends and family about my experience and how they should check out Hudson Nissan.

I currently drive an 08 Nissan 350Z. When I spoke w/Mr. Danson Over the phone he was very informative about the 370 Im interested in. I may just surprise myself with a New Year's present! Thank You for the comparison information Earnest!

This dealership is terrible. They are untruthful, manipulative, rude, and I've never experienced such poor customer service. I can't believe they are still in business.

Don't know that I've ever been to a more poorly run dealership. Went in with a relative to buy a used car. In the two hours I was in the place they lied to me repeatedly. They smile and are super friendly, but are not at all honest. This place has a history of problems and most of the sales people were brought in from out of town. Stay Away!

I came into the dealership with a fairly clear idea of what I wanted (2 models from different manufacturers) and Doug was extremely helpful in going through a in depth evaluation of the Nissan Maxima (1 of the 2). He then followed up with me on a few later questions and finding the color of car that I was after. He was always pleasant and got back with me very quickly at each step of the final delivery process. The car was delivered as promised and on time, making this a very pleasant and enjoyable process.

Initially, we went to the car lot to look at a used Toyota we had seen online. When we got there, Mendy approached us with a big smile. She was very friendly and never pushy. She showed us the car we were interested in. She answered our questions and gave us plenty of time to look around. She was always very professional. When we did decide to purchase a new vehicle, she made it very painless. I was amazed at how quickly the whole process was. We have been very pleased by our entire experience. Mendy couldn't have been sweeter. We will certainly recommend this dealership to friends. The next time we look for a car, we will stop here first.
