The service personnel told my wife that we needed to add fluid to our car or else it would not drive away from the dealer and would damage the engine. The interesting thing about this is that the reservoir was not empty and the indicator in the dash was not even illuminated. It was a quick and easy way to scalp $60.00 more dollers from us. Prior to bringing the car in for service, simply for an oil change I read the owners manual which showed how to add the fluid when low, and that there is an indicator light. I'd had already purchased the fluid and planned on putting it in my self following the manual. We are disgusted with this dealership and will never return. More
In for Service I purchased my diesel Passat in May of 2013 and I am very happy with it and the dealership. The customer Service is excellent and the staff is helpfu I purchased my diesel Passat in May of 2013 and I am very happy with it and the dealership. The customer Service is excellent and the staff is helpful and willing to take the time to answer any questions I have. The one issue I have is the price for the exhaust Fluid is in my option too high. I understand that this is an additional cost of owning a diesel car in today’s world, but to be charged labor ½ hour of labor for this service, which in essence is like topping off other fluid in the car. I give the dealership 5 stars all accounts except for price. The other price items are fair. More

wouldn't recommend went to dealer for a 2pm appt to fix my Bluetooth loosing connection they kept the car all day and didn't fix it...so they had to keep it for the next went to dealer for a 2pm appt to fix my Bluetooth loosing connection they kept the car all day and didn't fix it...so they had to keep it for the next day and still didn't fix it....then they finally realized they had to replace the module and wouldn't even do it the next day in the morning like any other dealer would had to make a appt foe like 3 days later they really need to work on their customer service ...go to danbury vw customer comes first there More

Yearly maintenance and inspection done. Prompt appointment made, reminder call the day before, car taken in quickly, informed of coffee, snacks, water, TV, etc in waiting area. Dropped my car off early in the morning for an oil change which I need by 1:00pm for work. Car was not down until 5:00pm. I called earlier in the afternoon to see the status which I was redirect to a voicemail stating to leave a message and they will immediately call me back. Never received a phone call back. At 3:00pm had to drive to the service department to find out the status of it still not being done. Tiron K More
