My Review of Hunter Chevrolet:
Sales people are nice, service people are nice, but the incompetence of the parts department is so stunning that it makes it well worth avoiding this dealership. A month and a half to get a part that Subaru of America said was in Atlanta (3 hours away) the whole time...mailed notice from the parts department to phone for a recall service because the part had arrived -- ONE WEEK AFTER the service had been completed! And then there was the inquiry about a bike rack at the parts desk...resulting in a catalog being pushed at me as the employee walked away. Sorry, but a dealership is as weak a its weakest link, and the parts link broke long ago, from the look of it.
