Reason for Visit: Service

I recommend this dealer: No

My Review of Huntington Honda:
Brought my 2004 Pilot to Huntington Honda for 60,000 mile service. After servicing the Pilot was pulling severely to the right. Prior to servicing by Huntington Honda there was no pulling at all. Went back 2 weeks later (requiring another 1/2 day). Huntington Honda performed alignment. Vehicle still pulling severely to left. Huntington Honda service re-rotated tires. Vehicle now pulling sharply to the left.

Subsequent calls to Huntington Honda Service Manager Jerome went un-returned. I am now left with an unstable dangerous Honda Pilot thanks to Huntington Honda.

For the sake of full disclosure the 2 front tires are more worn than the rear. But prior to taking the car into Huntington Honda there was no pulling at all. They claim that all the tires are bad and no matter how they rotate them pulling is occurring.

Based on my experience with Huntington Honda, the service "professionals" could care less about customer satisfaction and even less about their safety.

I understand things can go wrong sometimes. But the thing that ticks me off most about this episode is Jerome the Service Manager didn't have the common courtesy to return my calls.

I have purchased 2 cars from Huntington Honda. I wouldn't even think about buying from them again.

My Review of Huntington Honda:
I would not recommend Huntington Honda to anyone looking to buy a car. I went car shopping there on a Sunday about a month ago. I decided to put a $200 deposit on a car, after the salesman told me I had until the end of the month to purchase the car or get a refund. About 8 days later (almost a week before the end of the month), he called to ask me when I would be picking up the car. I thanked him for his help, and told him I'd bought another car the day before. He was upset that I hadn't come back and given him a chance to lower his price, but I said I decided not to do that and wanted my money back. He hesitated and kept talking about how unfair I'd been to him, but I insisted that I wanted my money back so he grudgingly said ok. Two days later someone from the finance department called to ask when I was picking up the car. I repeated my conversation with the salesman, telling this man that I had spoken to him two days before. This man gave me the same argument as the salesman, but eventually said I could have my refund. The next day I checked my credit card online and found they had not refunded my money so I called and spoke to a manager. He was rude and told me I could not have my refund unless I came in with my receipt. I asked him why the other two men had not told me to do this and he said, "Well, they don't always do what they're supposed to do." I hung up and called my credit card copmany who said it is MY money and they have no right to hold it, so I started dispute proceedings. It is now 1 month today since I put down that deposit and I still have not received the refund! This is a dishonest dealership!!!

My Review of Huntington Honda:
I went to lease a honda accord for 199$ lease with 0 down . The add said it is 595 for the bank fee. But later they added 710 for the destination. I agreed for this price. They prepared only details about me and pressured to sign the order and got my signature because it was late evening. They took $500 as deposit. After signing they gave me the lease order. The salesman and manager both did not agree to write this detail of bank fee, Full lease term taxes, destination fees in the lease order. They started harassing me when I asked to give these details in the lease order. The lease order has only the total value and deposit. The purchase option price also not in the lease order. The car was never shown to me and always told it is is different location. Scandals!!!!!.

My Review of Huntington Honda:
Give credit where credit is due. I had a wonderful experience with the service department at Huntington Honda today. The staff was so efficient and courteous. I had made an appointment so when I arrived with my car I dropped it off and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They finished servicing the car in such a timely fashion and the quality of their service was excellent. I found the entire staff to be so friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership!

My Review of Huntington Honda:
I would recommend this dealer only if u go in with your homework already done. I suggest checking the edmunds.com forum boards for best prices in ur area on the vehicle ur shopping for. They play alot of games! So much they even quoted us a price that was $1000.+ over the sticker price of the honda odyssey exl that we wanted. Haha. They felt stupid when we called them on it. We walked out with a great deal... can't remember exact #'s off the top of my head but it was about $5000 below sticker. not bad.

My Review of Huntington Honda:
I had read the reviews before going to the Huntington dealer on Sunday hoping if I can get a good deal. But the reviews were correct they play games and games. The sales man will take credit card to negotiate the deal.Still not clear why they need a Credit Card if they are not running anything. Then after negotiating for rates they were reluctant on delivery saying they need around 3-4 hour for preparation. As they had CRV model in inventory so I agreed to come on Monday in afternoon to get CRV.Monday i was not able to make it.So on Tuesday I took half day in hope that I will get the Delivery same day.But next day also they had excuse for delivery but they insisted on making the deal and can take delivery on Saturday.I felt I was stupid I believed them in first place and lost my half day pay due to them and these guys don't have value for customer time.

So overall customer satisfaction was zero.

My Review of Huntington Honda:
Being the somewhat typical college student, every cent I had went to school, books and just getting to and from. Unfortunetly I was driving an 87 Suburban and getting gas was putting me in the poor house. Huntington Honda was Reccomended to me by a friend who picked up a new civic a week earlier. Huntington Honda took my elderly truck as a trade in and got me in a used civic which happened to be certified and was still under a warrenty. I only have great things to say about the car and the dealership, I really enjoyed my experience and the knowledge of the salesman. If you guys are reading this THANKS AGAIN

My Review of Huntington Honda:
My car is older, a 1997 Honda Prelude. Went in for some axles, tie rods, tires and an alignment in May. Now in October, the tires are worn to hell 10,000 miles later due to what my mechanic said was the worst alignmnet he's ever seen. The toe wa -1.40, the factory specs should be -0.01-0.002. I've been calling for 3 days, but Jerome is being an a hole and not returning my phone calls, keeps saying I will get reimbursed for their mistakes. I'm still waiting. Crooks.

There is no car on the premises to show you but they state they have one on a lot where they keep inventory.

Salesman requires $500 deposit to hold car and states there is no problem getting refund if comes up since I haven't even seen the vehicle.

Long story short, bought car elsewhere and have yet to get a refund or call back from dealership even after 2 months.
