Received a recommendation regarding Hyannis Honda from a friend of mine and as I had decided to purchase a 2013 Honda
Accord, I stopped by to check the vehicle out. Salesman Mike O'Neil took my wife and I out for a ride in the back streets and I
very much liked the ride and handling. He explained the vehicles features but did not pressure us to purchase the vehicle. We
left the dealership intending to get prices at other dealerships before returning to Hyannis Honda for their price, but after about a week, without checking other dealers, we called Mr. O'Neil to drive the Accord on the open road to see what that felt like. We
were very impressed with the ride and Mr. O'Neil, so much so , that we decided to price the vehicle at that time. After a short time, we arrived at what I considered a great price, and I purchased the vehicle. Since purchasing the Accord,I have called
Mr. O'Neil on a few occasions to explain certain functions of the Accord and he has been very helpful.
I highly recommend Hyannis Honda.

I thought I was going to be stuck with the Rav 4 Toyota car I purchased last October, which I did not like. A friend told me of Jeff Gianpapa at Hyannis Honda. I called and within a week he had me sold on a very fair deal. With not having too much experience with new cars and leases, Jeff explained everything to me in detail and worked with me to meet my needs...I am extremely happy with my new CRV Honda. The follow-up has been satisfying and I will refer friends and people to Jeff at Hyannis Honda. I truly appreciate everyone there at Hyannis Honda. Conrad, who discussed finances with me was very patient also and answered all my questions. Again everyone was professional, courteous and helpful.

Several months ago we decided to sell our boat and use the proceeds to help us buy a new car. We were happy with our 2006 Accord but wanted to purchase a 2013 Accord. Micheal O' Neil was wonderful in arranging this. We then decided a leased car would be more appropriate for us. Not only did he find us a buyer for the boat but he kept in touch during the nearly five weeks we were traveling in California and Hawaii. Then he had the car ready for us two days after we returned from Hawaii. His patience in this transaction was much appreciated. He spent a great deal of time with us and was most helpful in caring for our needs. He has offered to help us in the future with any questions we might have about the workings of the 2013 Accord. He answered all our questions when we received the new car but as a couple of technology impaired seniors, we are grateful to know he has promised to be a resource, if needed, in the future.
The service and administrative personnel have always been great at this dealership. We are happy to be Honda family members with our 2009 CRV and the new Accord.

I had a wonderful experience at Hyannis Honda. I had never purchased a car on my own, so I was not looking forward to it. Bill took the time for me to test drive the car twice and answer all other questions I had. I would highly recommend Hyannis Honda for their no pressure sales and ease of puchase.

My wifes 12 yr old car finally died, I had seen a used 2008 acura on the lot so I called and spoke to Curt Baker and told him of my predicament. I could get a ride to the dealership but had no ride back home-Curt said he would drive me if needed-he was exceptionally helpful and we were able to put together a trade deal--the final price was very good. After the deal we noticed some problem with the paint on the hood-they took care of that no questions asked and my wife and I are very pleased. We recommend this dealership and it's employees very highly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We visited Hyannis Honda in Orleans one more time to visit Chet after having such a wonderful experience with our new CRV in January. This time our visit was for a used vehicle for my husband. Again Chet gets five stars for friendliness, helpfulness, and knowledge of the used car inventory. His goal was satisfaction and we GOT IT! We recommend Chet for anyone looking for an amazing car-buying experience.

My recent 2013 CRV purchase at Hyannis Honda was a pleasant and comfortable experience. Patrick made it a "simple, honest, and hassle free" process. The car I bought was pretty close to what I wanted due to options (included or not) but the good price made any compromise worthwhile. A minor issue with the Pre-Delivery checklist is being worked out.

In my opinion, this is a first class dealership and I would recommend it without reservation to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

Dennis is great...very low key, calm, not pushy, confident that he sells the best cars on the planet and he knows the car well. Hes been there a long time and i have bought from him several times. Im worried who I will use when he retires. I trust him and i love hondas!
