Part of Toyota of Nashua, we happened to stumble upon the Hybrid Center while out for a drive to visit dealerships in northern Nashua. From the road we were able to see they had more than hybrids - and more importantly, an SUV that we were looking for at other dealerships. We test drove the 2007 Nissan Murano, without any accompaniment from the sales staff, and knew that this was absolutely the car we wanted. We talked with Larry upon arriving back at the dealership and he had us work with Fozi. We bought the Murano for almost $2k less than the blue book price without any haggling or time-wasting. While our trade-in was valued a bit less than at other dealerships, we still got better value than the suggested KBB price. They had a very low pressure approach to selling and there was never a time that we felt rushed into making a decision. We received two follow up phone calls after the purchase to make sure we were happy with our transaction and would definitely go back to the hybrid center in the future.

Phenomenal. I got an 06 TC from the Hybrid Center of New England, and everything went as planned (if not better.) Victor's attitude of making sure that I was as happy as possible makes me know that I chose the right dealership. Would recommend.......

I had been narrowing my used car search to a Toyota Prius the past few months and stopped in today to check out the advertised car shown on the outdoor pylon sign. I looked briefly around the lot and then walked inside to talk with a salesperson. I met Fozi who was polite and easy going. He asked some general questions and began to help me right away with learning more about the car in question. What I noticed was he was very knowledgeable about hybrids and the Prius. As we went outside to look at a Prius, he offered insights into what makes a Prius a reliable and a good purchase. I can usually tell when someone is "selling" but I must say that Fozi's communication was genuine and informative and shared for my benefit of making an educated purchase. Back inside the showroom I was impressed to find a Prius model with an exposed engine compartment (front end removed, ie, no bumper, radiator, and such present) clearly showing the engine, electronic sensor, and electric motor components. Also the doors, trunk were absent and the hybrid battery (located behind the rear seat) exposed and open to view. Fozi explained the components and gave a very useful overview of how the Prius technology operates and how it's different than other hybrids. I also met Larry the GM and he was very helpful with determining pricing and inventory availability. In the end, I test drove a 2007 model and began the paperwork to pick the car up this week. I got a great price on the car as well. Better than anything from other dealerships in the area.


I had an excellent experience and wish to thank Fozi and Larry for being hospitable and friendly. It was nice when later during the visit, Fozi and Larry suggested I take my family of 4 on a test drive. They arrived and enjoy the Prius' ride, comfort, and tech gadgets like the bluetooth for making calls (we called my mom) and the backup camera (the kids enjoyed finding the camera and looking through the rear hatch at their live images moving on the dashboard touchscreen). A fun, car buying experience! I look forward to taking delivery of the car this week.

My wife & I had the pleasure of meeting with Victor Martinez, one of their sales associates. Victor was great...called me and let me know when the car was ready, set up the test drive, safety-tested the vehicle prior to test drive, and detailed it prior to the final sale. We were looking for a newer mini van because our previous van had a lot of mileage and was getting some problems. We looked online and saw a van that we were interested in. I called and talked to Donna who was very pleasant and pretty informative. She actually told us that the van we were interested in had already been sold, but told us about another one that was still available at their Hybrid Center. She said she was calling Victor Martinez and we planned to go up and take a look at the Sienna the next afternoon. When we got there we were very pleased with the service that we received. Victor was very helpful and was a pleasure to deal with. We bought the van at what we think was an EXCELLENT price and are more than happy with our new van. When we're in the market for another vehicle, this dealer is where we will be going!

I was looking for a hybrid, most likely a Prius, and hadn't decided whether to buy new or used. We looked at new and then found out about the Hybrid Center online. We liked the range of vehicles available, but what really sold us was Jim's knowledge of the Prius and other options. He listened to what features were important to us, steered us to the most appropriate vehicles, educated us about the pluses and minuses of different options, and then gave us a great deal that made the purchase possible for us.

Because the Prius seemed different to us than the cars we had been driving, Jim's knowledge of the car reassured us that it was time to move to the hybrid.

I was very pleased with my experience and have told friends about the Hybrid Center. I'd go back again!

I should add that I have owned Toyotas in the past, but more recently bought Subaru Outbacks. I am lucky to have one of each in the family but am surprised how much I love driving the Prius.

I did everything over the phone after finding the '07 Civic Hybrid online. Price was great and car was as advertised. Jim and co. were pleasant to speak to. Jim had all the paperwork ready when I got there to pick up the car and it took 15 minutes before I drove away. I would recomend this dealership.

My wife and I actually ended up buying two cars from Larry. The dealership had an excellent selection of vehicles, was priced very competitively (low) and made the transaction seamless. We were impressed with the hybrid choices and the condition of the vehicles. I believe that the deals we received for out Highlander and Prius were the best available anywhere and would highly recommend this dealership to friends, family and associates. My experience with the Hybrid Center of NE was very smooth. I knew which car I wanted when I got there and my sales rep made it a very easy sale for us. We got a very fair price for our trade in as well. Our financing was a breeze and there was no pressure to purchase anything extra. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
