My Review of Hyundai of Nanuet:
Do your research before buying anything from this dealership. The general manager is very rude to customers. I had my car serviced there for a major trasmission malfunction(determined to be a Hyundai malfunction by the way) which I had to fight to get covered under warranty. When I got my car back, it had a huge dent in the driver's side, and the transmission was never fixed. I had to take it to another mechanic to correct the damage that this dealership did. The GM, Wesley Mancias will not make any attempt to make this situation right, even after I complained to corporate about him. Don't support a dealership like this...they are dishonest.

My Review of Hyundai of Nanuet:
this place is amazing,there service was great last time i was in.back in november,spoke to service manager what a stand up man.got me with out appointment.repaired my veh-it was great.now i bring it for a oil change it took 2-hours,and i ask-what happen to the service one customer there said joe not here any more thats why.so o ask for the service manager it took hime 20-min's to come and see and just like blew me off.so i said to the women behind the counter you will not see me again.and where is the service manager that was here before and what happen to him.i will go where he is what a mess.your service manager you have now has no customer skills sorry.i am diappointed.

My Review of Hyundai of Nanuet:
First, we did not purchase our vehicle from hyundai of Nanuet, how could we?

The salesman who only wanted to negotiate didn't even want to go on a test drive only knew a few words "let me talk to my manager" after going back and forth 10 times I finally had enough and just ask him to bring his manager over so I could speak to him directly.

We actually got to speak with The Manager who runs the dealership Wes Mancias. He seemed very professional shook our hands and polite until he actually opened his mouth. Wes was one of the most pompous arrogant belittling people I've ever met, I don't think he wanted to sell a car just insult us with a smug look.

They let this man run this dealership? how do they stay in business?

I would never buy a car from Hyundai of Nanuet and I would tell my friends and family never even to look for a car at that place.

we purchased our sonata in NJ...And had a wonderful experience

My Review of Hyundai of Nanuet:
I went to purchase a car which I ended up buying elsewhere. They tried to hussle me from the saleman to the sales manager.

I spoke to the finance manager who seemed professional and knowledgeable but he wasn't there on my second trip. I was told he didn't want to travel from Long Island but I think he didn't fit in with those theives. Love my Hyundai

My Review of Hyundai of Nanuet:
I went there to buy a new car, which I did. They told me a few lies though. They said that the survey which asks about the dealership shouldn't even be opened, but bring it straight to them. Well, I did open it and specifically says not to bring it to the dealer. The salesman told me the dealership wouldn't get paid without it. I felt like they just wanted to sell me the most expensive car, as opposed to finding my needs. They also wanted me to constantly service my car, every three months, regardless of milage as opposed to following the maintenance shcedule. Oh, and I almost forgot, they offered me three free oilchanges if i brought them my survey. The whole experience left me feeling like a fool. Well I never did use them for their service. I would not reccomment this dealership to anyone again.
