When we arrived, was greeted by Justin. I told him I preferred Danny. He said ok, it be a few, which I replied, no problem. I specifically told him, we were leaving on vacation, so to hurry the process, when oil change/tire rotation was completed, DO NOT SEND CAR FOR CAR WASH, PLEASE TELL TECHS NOT TO ADJUST MY SEATS AND MIRRORS just to pull in garage. He says, well they have to pull it in garage. Wow, I said I know, but I don’t think they need to change everything to pull in garage. I’m handicapped and re-adjusting everything, especially the seat, was difficult. It seemed to be taking an unusual amount of time, so I asked, and was told just about done. Well, it took time because the car was send to car wash and vacuum. Then, I go to get in vehicle, you guessed it, seat and mirrors all changed. Will this a stop me from continuing service here, NO, but when a customer makes specific requests, the requests should be granted. Danny, however, is extremely good and goes far beyond with great customer service. More

Jimmy is great too, and Jason Jackson the finance manager is another one of the great people there. They did not balk at letting me take the car for 24 hours to have my own mechanic check it out and worked with me on my trade in. The final paperwork process went slowly because several deals were closing at the same time, but everyone involved did what they could to make the wait pleasant. I live about 40 minutes away but would consider coming here for my car needs in the future. More
