Reason for visit was a recall (Stop Light Warning Lamp). Recall check was completed in quick order. Car wash, vacuum and delivery to customer took over thirty-five minutes after receiving my completed work order and clearing the cashier. Resembled the operation of a good dealer but not a Great one. Post Service visit, Customer is experiencing brake-lights/parking lights remaining ON after engine/ignition turn-off. Requires additional pumping of brake pedal to extinguish brake lights. Will return to dealer if problem does not resolve itself.

I cannot put into words the incredible, positive experience I had at this dealership. I purchased my 2011 Genesis with 7000 miles at this dealership after communicating via email with Gordon Burke. He called me after promising he would call when the car I was interested in was delivered to the dealership. True to his word, he called when the car came in and I traveled 450 miles from Atlanta to St. Augustine to purchase the vehicle. I turned the buying experience into a mini vacation visiting the beautiful city and their beach.

I have a great car with an unsurpassible warranty, and had unbelievable service. No wonder they are the #1 dealership in Florida.

In all the years that I have purchased an automobile, to me this was the first time I actually trusted my salesman. He was one of the nicest salesman that I have dealt with in purchasing my car. He made me feel like a lifetime friend. Joey Cassata became a friend. When I bring my car in for service he is always friendly and caring. I also like Debbie. She is always a pleasure to talk to on the phone as well as in person. She is very good at her job. She is also a very caring person. I feel that this dealership has the best employees.

Price advertised more than fair for the Lexus ES350 I purchased. No hidden charges etc. Sales person was both pleasant and knowledgeable.
Trade in on my Lexus ES330 was right in line with KBB and NADA. Very pleased.
