My Review of Hyundai of Tulsa:
I had a vehicle that was under bumper to bumper warranty it had 48k on it and I was going home from work and and it just stalled out I called the dealership and pretty much they told me that there was nothing they could do, but then I did get a tow truck sent out and at least one of the sales men stayed there with me until my mother got luckily I was able to get a hold of her, they have now had my vehicle two days they say can't get me a loaner vehicle because that is not there policy. If it is not their policy to give out loaner vehicles then their warranty are not very good in my oppinion , because I had had other dealerships loan me me a vehicle even when I didn't have that kind of warranty. So now until I get my vehicle back from their shop which I am sure the first day that didn't even look at I am dependent upon my father and mother which luckily my father is off work for a couple of days if not I don't know what I would do. I am not at all pleased with the customer service I have gotten from them. This is not the first time that my vehicle has been in the shop I believe it is the third time. I am not happy at all. This customer service is very very very very bad.!!!!!!!!!
