We bought 3 cars in 4years. The first was a good experience. The second was my husbands 2009 Toyota. We were told if we bought the extended warranty we would get the money back if we didn't use it. My husband went back last week to cash in the unused warranty and was told, "I don't know why they told people that. We don't do that." In a similar situation we bought a used car for my parents with a 2 yr extended warranty 10 months ago. My Dad took the car in with issues and was told the warranty had expired. The financial department failed to point out the mileage restriction. We were lied to plain and simple. They have lost our business.

This dealership is the easiest to work with, never gives a run around and is very fair on all areas of a car deal. The two smoothest transactions ever in my life have been done at I-5 Toyota.

We were shopping for a new 4Runner and after reading all the other raters comments about Bull from I-5 Toyota we thought we would give him a call. After several phone call and emails with Bull, he was able to get us exactly the 4Runner we wanted at a price that was satisfactory to us and all while using the computer to make the deal. Through a dealer swap Bull had our salsa red 4Runner waiting for us in a staging area that was top notch. We went for a short test drive then back to I-5 Toyota to do the paperwork and that is when we met with kelly who works in the financing department for I-5 Toyota. Kelly answered all of our questions and was very patient with us. To summerize our experience the dealership facility is top notch, Bull was very thorough and Kelly was easy to work with.

My fiance and I came to the dealership today to sell my 2007 Ford Focus. We had previously spoken with "Bull" on the phone and had let him know that we would be there today. When we arrived, everything went smoothly and "Bull" was extremely friendly and helpful. We had two of our young children with us and "Bull" was not phased by this at all. He was playful with them and understanding about the noise that two young boys can make. The attitude that "Bull" had with us and everything he did to try and expedite the process (I had to work tonight and didn't have a lot of time) made our experience very pleasurable. I would definitely recommend "Bull" to any of my friends or family that are in the market for a vehicle. Thank you for your time.

I came in and met with Bull. I had an idea on what I was looking for and he showed me my options. He was friendly,informative and didn't pressure me to buy that day.He gave me his personal cell phone number and told me if I had any questions or needed any assistance to call him. I felt that was a great way to show he really wanted my business and it added a personal touch. I told him I wanted to come back when I had more time to test drive and to make an informed decision. On future visits,other salesmen made me feel at ease to continue to shop for the right vehicle. I made my decision and made an appointment with Bull to come in and purchase a SR5 4Runner. I came in and met with Bull and he was able to walk me through the process with no problems.They were very accomodating when I brought in the cash to pay for the vehicle even though the manager didn't believe that I was bringing in actual cash. Bull did ask me why I chose the vehicle that I was purchasing and I told him that I was one of Jehovah's Witnesses and I needed something that would be easy for my friends to be able to get in and out while we are out in the ministry.Overall,this was a memorable and pleasurable shopping experience.

Come see Bull when visiting I-5 Toyota. He is just great! Bull made buying a car really easy. We walked into the dealership looking for a good deal on the new Toyota Prius C, trading in our 2005 Camry. Bull helped us a lot with that and we got what we wanted. We were offered a reasonable price for our used car and got a good deal on the new Prius C. Bull also gave us a tour of the dealership. Very pleased with his service!!

My experience there was amazing. The sales personal were very friendly, not pushy, and just overall treated me like a regular person instead of like just another sale. They stayed within my budget and worked hard to find the right vehicle for me. I have never had an experience at a dealership as amazing as I-5 Toyota. I would absolutly recommend them to anyone I know looking to buy and car.

Bull was great to work with on a used car purchase with trade in. He went above and beyond to get us what we needed. We had already shopped at another dealership with less than helpful service. Other staff in the office were also friendly. Only wish I-5 Toyota was closer to our house for service!
