On top of everything, he drove with me 45 minutes away from the dealership (on his off day) so that a family member of mine could sign the papers because they were incapable of coming to the dealership. She was super knowledgeable regarding the car we w My husband and I visited Tiffani Ho at Infiniti of Gwinnett after a long search for a used vehicle. She was super knowledgeable regarding the car we were purchasing (even though it wasn't an Infiniti) and answered all of our questions along the way. She did not once push. I was the one who was almost pushing to throw my SS at her for a credit check because this is what I was used to at other dealerships to move forward at all. She made it clear the steps in which we were to go through the process without potentially causing harm to my credit by pulling unnecessary checks before I had decided on this vehicle for myself. She was kind and courteous the entire time. She made us feel like we had been old friends rather than someone who just wanted a sale and could careless if she ever spoke with us again. She had all of our paperwork completed and had us in finance quickly. We met with Sam Ghazal who was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He wasn't pushy about "the extras", and this was another step in the process that was low-stress and enjoyable. My husband and I agree, we will definitely visit this dealership again and would honestly buy another vehicle from Tiffani wherever her career takes her!
