I will never do business with this dealership again! This was the worst car buying experience ever!!! Bought my Infinity in February and here it is June and I still don't have copies of the Bill of Sa This was the worst car buying experience ever!!! Bought my Infinity in February and here it is June and I still don't have copies of the Bill of Sale that they were supposed to mail me. They also had me sign all the Paperwork twice because they drove the car and said the miles needed to Match. Someone put almost 900 miles on it from when I traded. Something definitely no right with that. I will be reporting this dealership to the Better Business Bureau. They need to be Audited!!! Finance Manager Sebastian keeps avoiding my calls and will not return calls. Owner of the dealership will not call me back either...Maybe they will response when the Stste gets involved and does a complete Audit of this Business. More

Started out great but quickly turned poor. I was about to purchase a very rare car from them and was ready to put a deposit down. However, when I reached out to let them know I was ready to do I was about to purchase a very rare car from them and was ready to put a deposit down. However, when I reached out to let them know I was ready to do so I did not hear back anything from them for several days. Three days later when I followed up the car had sold even though I had been coordinating the details of shipping, etc. for over a week. Apparently if someone else shows up with a check in hand it doesn't matter and they will happily sell it out from under you. With customer service and sales ethics like this it is no wonder Infiniti is a dying brand. DO NOT TRUST THEM! More
