Typical Dealer Games!!! So I receive an email from Scott Branson (internet sales manager) with a lease offer on a Q50 zero down with a $299 payment. I respond to his ema So I receive an email from Scott Branson (internet sales manager) with a lease offer on a Q50 zero down with a $299 payment. I respond to his email letting him know that I have 10k in negative equity and ask if we could work something out and still stay under 450 payments which he responds “ It’s close” and asks when I can come in. I email back and tell him that I don’t want to waste his time or mine and ask for reassurance that it’s close and of course he responds yes. So today I go into the dealer and do the whole dog and pony show only to be told that the payment would be $660 with $2000 down...how is that close??? When will dealers learn that the days of playing games with customers are over? With all the info out there we know what we will pay before walking into the dealer. If you like getting jerked around and played with visit Infiniti of Orange Park but if you are like me and just want and honest and simple shopping experience I recommend you save the time and go elsewhere. More
