My Review of IPAC:
I've had this Jeep since 25 Feb 08 and took it in for minor repair of hood bolts, door seal and loud fan motor. Do you only guarentee your products for 30 seconds or 30 feet whichever comes first? This is not customer service but customer dis service. If you checked your records you wold have seen that I just purchased this vehicle on Feb 25th, 2008. What a crock of a DEALERSHIP!

My Review of IPAC:
I bought a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 from Ingram Park Auto Center (IPAC) and regret every moment of it. The Jeep I bought was also up on their website for sale. When I got to the dealership, I asked for the price of this vehicle I was told a price that was $2,700 higher than the price in the internet, When I asked how come the price I bought the Jeep for was so much higher than the price that was offered in the internet I was told "Huh, I bet you wish you would have seen that before you bought the car." With a snicker, the sales manager walked away. The only reason I was there was to get the new tires put on it. It somehoe passed the Texas State inspection only hours before. I would really recommend not buying any type of car from this dealership. The pricing is off, they sell illegal and un-safe cars, there service is horrible and there is literally no customer service at all. I felt their attitude was, " if you don;t buy the car someone else will." I would atleast think about it over night before buying any car here and get it inspected somewhere else before you do. I promise the extra money will be worth it.
