My Review of Image Rent A Car:
Once again we rented from Image Rent A Car and had a very good experience. The facility in New York JFK Airport is conveniently located in the Holiday Inn Hotel Lobby. We recently rented a car from Image Rent A Car and had a very good experience with this car rental company. We rented a compact car that was a non-smoking vehicle which was really nice. The car was brand new with less than 3,000 miles. I don't blame Image Rent A Car for my less than positive thoughts about the Toyota Corolla we got. We chose Image Rent A Car because we had a Free Gas coupon from their Google Coupons. I went to Travelocity dot com and SideStep and Kayak also and checked prices of other car rental companies. After that search I booked the car through Image Rent A Car 's website. For your information that is www.imagerentacar dot com The website is very easy to navigate. I did, though, end up with 3 reservations because the first one didn't show up and neither did the second. When I saw that I had 3 reservations I had to go back and cancel the first two which took some time. I did this all online. I read another review that said Image Rent A Car charged for a second driver. In my experience this did not happen. There was no charge for both my husband and myself to drive the car. We took the Holiday inn Hotel shuttle bus from the airport to Image Rent A Car . Coming from the baggage claim area at the airport in New York, Image Rent A Car's shuttle bus was the farthest one from the baggage claim area. That was a bit inconvenient because of the luggage we were dragging and the same was true on return. We weren't dropped off or pickup up in front of the baggage claim area In summary, my experience with Image Rent A was a positive one. The price was fantastic and although there were a couple of minor issues I would recommend them to you.
