My Review of Infiniti Escondido:
I found this dealer to be honest and reliable. They took their time to show me everything I was interested in. The owner is actually there most of the time and his son is the service mgr. People were sincerely interested in helping me and I never felt pressured. It has almost a comfortable family feel to the place. I actually almost enjoyed myself.

My Review of Infiniti Escondido:
I will keep you posted on this. At this point, I have only dealt with Greg Ciuffo the internet sales manager. He has been nonresponsive and evasive. I am a serious buyer and am not happy with what I have seen so far. Greg has stopped emailing me any questions and requests that I have sent him. Because it is Easter, I am willing to cut him some slack, because he might not have been in the office Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday. But, you would think an internet sales manager would be able to set his email on autopilot to let people know he is not in. At this point, I would NOT recommend this group at all. If it is this bad on the sales end, I can't even imagine how bad it would be on the service end!!!

My Review of Infiniti Escondido:
Service department is not thorough and does not stand behind their product. Have had to bring my car back for extended periods (over a week at a time) only to have to bring the car back within a week for the same problems. I am so disappointed with my car and the experience at Infiniti Escondido that I am looking to get rid of the car at the earliest opportunity.

My Review of Infiniti Escondido:
They had the exact car we wanted in stock. After a bit of negotiation we were able to get $2500 off MSRP on a new M45 Sport, which beat every other dealer in the state. Many wouldn't even budge off MSRP.

Flew from Northern California down to San Diego, they picked me up at the airport 40 miles away, had the car ready for me and delievered the vehicle exactly as promised. Drove the car home 500 miles and gave my wife the anniversary present of a lifetime. =)

Only possible bad thing I could say about them is the leasing guy tried to sell me on a bunch of junk I didn't want.
