My Review of Infiniti South Bay:
I purchased a new G-35 from this dealership. It was delivered with dent on the front fender. The sales person promised to repair the damage. When I attempted to get the damage fixed, the general manager and sales manager refused to fix the damage. They insisted they did not have to honor the promise of the sales person who no longer worked there. It's been a miserable experience and I recommend against purchasing from this dealership.

My Review of Infiniti South Bay:
Took my EX in for first service (3750 mi), which was an oil change, and filter, and minor inspections. Was in and out in 45 minutes, including a thorough hand wash. Very good experience. This was not my selling dealer.

My Review of Infiniti South Bay:
I picked up my Infiniti G35 today from Infiniti South Bay. I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. Michael Hymes (Internet Sales Mgr) was not only gracious, but enthusiastic, helpful in answering my questions, and most importantly very friendly. I've been leasing vehicles for over 40 years (I believe this is my 10th or 11th lease) and dealing with Infiniti South Bay ranks right up there with the best dealerships. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this dealership to others.

My Review of Infiniti South Bay:
Recent experiences at this dealership are extremely poor.
The dealership, despite the Nissan Corporations overall lower prices for the cars, continues to raise prices in efforts to maximize profits. This is done at the opportunity cost of long term customer relationships and overall sales revenue.

The internet manager, Michael Hymes, is disinterested at best with your business, often condesending, and an overall stick in the mud to deal with. I've never been treated with such disrespect when purchasing a product of this quality and price level.

I'd recommend Santa Monica or Glendale for your business. Don't put yourself through a poor experience. Remember, if you can have a better overall transaction, the other dealers can order the cars from South Bay's inventory and you won't have to deal with them.

Absolutely wonderful service and support. Very pleasant experience and great communication and follow-up. Would recommend the Internet Sales dept (Michael Hymes) so as to avoid the "run-around"...
