My Review of Infiniti Tustin:
This is a quality dealer. We had leased a 2003 from Mission Vi and 2006 FX from the guys in Tustin. We went to lease another 2009 FX, and after working through southbay, tustin an MV we stuck it out with Tustin. Overall it was a good experience. Although it was not the quickest process, in the end they got us the car we wanted for a price well below MSRP. I think they know car guys get a bad wrap, so they try to be overly friendly.

A side note, I do love infiniti cars, and I think they give (or a least they did) give a lot of bag for the buck. With the 2009 redesign of the FX I think my mind has changed a little. The inside is great and they really put the driver first, with lots of power and fun toys, but the trunk is actually smaller than previous years and the new styling is a step backward. My kids stroller is a lot tighter in the new trunk.

My Review of Infiniti Tustin:
I am on my third lease with this dealership, but their service remains abysmal. I made calls today from 8:30am to 5pm. The manager, Garrett McGraw, never returned a single call nor had any salesperson or finance assistant call back. The finance manager didn't call. The problem - on lease 2, which expired in September 2007 - they failed to fill out the paperwork indicating the lease had ended and therefore the plates no longer belonged to me. Now the City of LA is after the plates' owner for tickets and sending ME violation notices. I had contacted them in mid-April and my salesman didn't help then. I tried sending City of LA the paperwork I had but they need dealer paperwork. Guess what - the dealership doesn't give a ****. Imagine ... not a single person to call me back. That stinks. Even their late-day operator had an attitude "You know, it's not my problem. I didn't cause it." Then he transferred me to the cashier in the service department. She was the friendliest person I ever reached, and of course, she doesn't work with lease problems. Finally got a copy of the lease at 5:10pm. It's illegible, so it will be useless for the City of LA, but supposedly they're putting a copy in the mail tomorrow. Of course, that will be too late for me to have it in tme to contest the ticket violation. Six years ago at my first lease, service was pretty good. From mid-2007 on I've found it to be abysmal.

My Review of Infiniti Tustin:
The service representative refused to allow me to see the inside of the flat tire before I purchased a new tire (400.00). I thought customers were always right? I had a very unpleasant experience with the service representative and I must say that I am going to complain to his boss.
