My Review of Infiniti of Ardmore:
Took delivery of car, they were very adamant that I had to be "on time" to take delivery. I asked for car to have no dealer ID on initial visit. Waited over an hour to talk to anyone. Waited another 45 minutes for car to be ready; had dealer stickers and plate frame. I asked to have removed. While waiting for this, sales manager ridicules F&I guy for failing to sell me tire protection package because I asked about XM radio. (His stated logic: "Any <<expletive deleted>> who would pay for radio can be sold the tire package.") Car finally delivered w/o dealer ID, is out of gas. Am taken with grungy lot guy, not sales guy, to fill it. At gas station, lot guy can't open fuel door and asks me how--I have no idea at that point either. When I complain about this experience wasting two hours to take delivery and receiving no orientation on car, am mailed insulting coupon for free oil change. (I got a coupon for a free oil change the last time I bought a Nissan just as a courtesy for buying the car.)
Avoid this dealer.
