I worked with Bob quite a while ago, while purchasing my first new car - an Infiniti G37x (incidentally, I was Bob’s first sale at the then newly opened Infiniti of Clarendon Hills). As a young woman, I was relieved that Bob and the entire team treated me with the utmost respect and made me feel like an incredibly valued customer. I, like most people, am not typically a fan of being “sold” on a vehicle/in general. As a result, I was glad that I didn’t have to deal with that when working with Bob and his team. Bob was very candid in addressing any questions I had while performing the test drive and before/after, while determining which model year would be the best fit for me. I could sense how excited Bob was for me to own such a high quality vehicle, which actually made the process fun! Bob was fair and straightforward while negotiating the final price and my trade-in, which I really appreciated. Since making the purchase, I've had a few miscellaneous questions come up; when I've reached out, Bob has responded to my emails or phone calls very promptly and with a caring note, which reflects how personable he is. I’ve since moved out of state; otherwise, I know he’d be the same way in person if I were to come in for a service. The overall dealership is classy, and as a result, I feel that Bob fits right in. The car is superb and still runs wonderfully. I would absolutely recommend that anyone looking for a new vehicle work with Bob (and the team) at Infiniti of Clarendon Hills. I never write reviews, but in this instance, I wanted to be sure that I finally gave Bob this well-deserved credit for making my car-buying experience so enjoyable.

My overall experience was great from the moment I hit the lot. Robert P. greeted me with a warm and friendly smile and from that moment on, I knew I had selected the right dealership. The entire staff was very proessional and helpful during my buying process. Never once did I feel pressured or coerced into any aspect of the deal. This dealership is not close to my home but I come here whenever I am going to be nearby and need service. Their staff is very helpful and I am greeted immediately upon entering the service area. They always get to work quickly and allow me to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time when I am waiting. The price is always fair and the workmanship what I would expect. The waiting area is the best I have seen at any of the Infiniti dealers in the area. It is comfortable, convenient, and there are snacks and beverages available to help make the wait more pleasant. Anybody anywhere nearby should try them out like I did and they will probably go back again, just like me.

It is very easy to have the car serviced. They have knowledgeable, pleasant service personnel and provide quick turnaround. The service center waiting room is very comfortable as well.

Mike was very helpful in discussing getting the service started, called with update on some additional things that they found without pressuring me expand scope of service, and emailed and called me when work was all done. I am very satisfied with this new dealership and will be back.
