My Review of Infiniti of Ellicott City:
Sales person wasn't interested in me at all. After 1-2 minutes test drive on some streets around dealership (not even close to highway) when i asked if we can go drive on rt. 29 he said 'go back to dealership, management doesn't want to put miles on new cars'. unbelievable test drive experience. will never go back. i really liked how BMW dealership treated me over this infiniti, and going there to buy a BMW coupe.

My Review of Infiniti of Ellicott City:
During my car search, this dealer offered the best price in the VA-DC-MD area. Reasons for the "4" ratings:

- Didn't return phone calls that promptly and I had to call back multiple times.
- Had to start walking out of the dealership before they dropped some silly fees.
- Made some promises that ended up not working out.

Even though these negative aspects were annoying, the car was worth it and my overall experience with the dealer was good.
