My Review of Infiniti of Kirkland:
I purchased a used G35 in July of 2007 from the Back Used Car portion of the dealership..and dealt with two rather sleezy guys. I don't remember there names..I think one of them was Leif and the other ..was slightly older, tall thin guy.
But anyways..they played so many games (it's a wonder i even bought the car from them). They kept telling me if i didn't buy the car now these other people (who happened to be looking at it when i came back the next day to talk about buying it) were going to buy it...So after I agreed on the price they told me that those people couldn't have bought it because it was out of their financial limit.. (again, i should have known better than to purchase the car)
The next HUGE issue came from the extended warranty I purchased...I was told I could cancel at any time for a return of the unused portion...and I was told the extended warranty wouldn't start until the factory warranty ran out in about 8 months...So i went ahead and purchased the top of the line extended warranty because i figured i could just have the unused portion reimbursed if i sold the car.
I went back about 2 months later because i decided financially it wasn't worth having the extended warranty (and i planned on refinancing at a lower rate) and i filled out the paperwork to have it refunded to me. Was told it would take about 6 weeks. SO I waited..and waited..and the current credit union does not have any way short of going in and harassing them to find out the balance of my current loan...and it wasn't until I applied for a credit card that I found out the warranty wasn't refunded...6 months later...SO i thought, I'll call the warranty company and find out why it wasn't refunded...According to National Warranty there was never an extended warranty taken out in my name or for my car and the number I had on the paper wasn't in their system and it was up to the dealership to refund me the ammount.
So now I have to brave the annoying finance department at a dealership that obviously doesn't care about their customers and just about the bottom line.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
If you have to drive the extra 40 minutes and go to Infiniti of Fife or better yet...just buy a Nissan.
