My Review of Infiniti of Kirkland:
This was purely an "online" experience. After realizing the our local Infiniti dealer had no competition and did not need to try we thought to toss our business out of town to the nearby Seattle area (we are in Portland). Here is the bottom line: Infiniti wishes you to believe that the MSRP is the ONLY price they are ALLOWED to sell at. They claim that the MSRP of the car is already as low as possble (in this case nearly $5000 over invoice). Infiniti truly makes a lot on their cars and they are not ashamed to admit it. But they want you to believe it's utterly unavoidable and that some corporate entity has a virtual gun to their collective heads making them rip you off. But if you can possibly be so kind as to understand and buy an Infiniti them perhaps they will be allowed to continue to sell them to you. I was assured that I would love the car despite the price and that in fact I would eventually come to see that it really was worth more! They lost me, despite their "wonderful" car. Is there any Infiniti anywhere that will deal?

My Review of Infiniti of Kirkland:
We visited the Infiniti of Kirkland with a very strong determination to buy the car. But after meeting their Directior of Internet Sales, Ken we were very sure not to buy from anywhere else but them. We were not even taken into office and were GIVEN a car to test-drive (no one even accompanied us!). He was not even the least bit interested in making the sale or, describing the features of the car (perhaps he had already made 6 sales that day, according to him). He was very sure that we were not there to buy but to get a "free test drive" and kept insisting that we should comeback after looking at other cars. His thinking was hard to understand since he was aware of the folder in my hand with all the research/notes on the specific vehicle we were interested in. Perhaps he assumed because we were Indians and if that was the case, I am amused at his stupidity! In any case, we would not suggest this dealer under any circumstances.

My Review of Infiniti of Kirkland:
frank made us feel right at home and helped us find the right car (g35x). he was a pro and my husband (the know it all) even was taken by him being a pro!
