Just a super experience. I saw what I hoped was an incredible deal online and discussed it with them. After reading some negative reviews, I asked them to disclose all fees, etc. and other conditions up front. Told me what the fees would be (not outrageous) and what they needed. I flew in from almost 2,000 miles away, got a cab from the airport, showed up and was out in just over an hour with no hassles whatsoever and nothing but friendly folks who want to do business fairly for both sides and in an open manner. I could not recommend these folks highly enough. Do not hesitate to ask questions and for more information, just please remember that they are doing their job the best they can, and a big part of their job is to make money. They will tell you what they need, then you decide if it works or not. Great folks, great experience, would do it again in a heartbeat!

I went to Infiniti of Manhattan after having some issues with another Infiniti dealer and was received with open arms. I almost walked out because the numbers I hoped to get on a lease were not happening when Rodney, the Sales Manager, made a great deal with me and got me into the JX35 that I wanted. I am glad to have done business with these guys & will surely come back.

These guys are white collar crooks. They offer you what look like good deals and then hit you with ridiculous fees at the last minute. They wanted almost $1,900 for preparation costs for a used car with very low mileage after they promised me to perform the same inspection a certified car would get. The ¨numbers guy¨, Amir Sari,could´t even explain what that fee was for. He also wanted $400 for the transfer of plates. I called MVD and was told that costs $4.50! I refused to pay those fees and wrote a letter to somebody who was supposed to be the general manager, Rich Cerino, complaining about my experience. He told me he was outraged and promised me to investigate and to get back to me. Never heard from him again. If he is the general manager, as I was told, he´s the ring leader.
A few tips: before seeing the numbers guy, they make you sign a paper where they leave some blank boxes, which will later be filled with outrageous figures. They also make you wait a long time and ask for a down payment, thinking all of these factors will leave you more prone to close a deal. Don't fall for those tricks. The paper you signed is meaningless and you can demand a refund of the down payment. Be ready to say no when they hit you with those fees.

I really enjoyed my experience at infiniti of Manhattan. Mimi was great and I enjoyed the follow up with erica my customer service rep. I would definitely recommend infiniti of Manhattan to anyone looking for a great car and experience.

I walked in after seeing a well priced internet offer for a late model low mile pre-owned FX on their website. I had no experience with Infiniti of Manhattan. I was greeted by Rodney when I walked in. He was great - he walked me through the sale as a partner in the process and explained everything. Anthony Sanchez also assisted with the purchase and it was an enjoyable experience working with them both. There were no hidden fees, no unexpected experiences and I knew exactly what the finance manager was explaining because Rodney and Anthony explained it all beforehand. Good test drive and quick paperwork. I'll be back.

They wasn't able to find problem with my car ask me to go to different dealership. Scratch my car. Make dirty inside. Problem with car still there. Worst dealership ever. I will not recommend to go there for any service.

Agreed on purchase price for a used BMW, rented a car to make the 3 hour trip, and discovered upon arrival there were "miscellaneous fees" that weren't previously discussed. Prior to even being permitted to see the car, I had to initial an area on a generic bill of sale that stated I was aware additional fees would be necessary. Upon sitting down with the processing person, some ridiculous lender assumption fee was necessary based upon my credit score. I have 770 credit and was assessed the minimum $450 for the finance fee. I was then told the paperwork would ultimately be processed at a later point after I left, and was required to sign a power of attorney authorizing them to sign for me. All told - fees came to over $3000 on top of the sale price. With that, the interest rate they processed with Chase (AFTER my $5000 down payment) was 5.25%. Current rates for the same loan are around 2%. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS UNSCRUPULOUS DEALER!!!

WHEN PEOPLE DESCRIBE CAR DEALERSHIPS AS A "STEALERSHIP", INFINITI OF MANHATTAN LIVES UP TO THE NAME SPOT ON. THEY HIT YOU WITH SO MANY HIDDEN FEES. BRAG THAT THEIR PRICES ARE THE LOWEST IN THE TRI STATE TO GET PEOPLE TO COME IN. THEY ADVERTISE THE PRICE AS THE LOWEST THEN WHEN YOU SIT DOWN TO SIGN PAPERS THEY HIT YOU WITH THOUSANDS IN RIDICULOUS FEES. PREP FEES, ACQUISITION FEES. THEY PROMISED THINGS I HAD TO CHASE THEM DOWN FOR WEEKS TO GET. CALLS ARE NEVER RETURNED BY THEM. THE ONLY TIME THEY CALL IS TO CONFIRM IF YOU ARE COMING IN TO SIGN PAPERS OR PICKUP CAR. THE PEOPLE THERE LIE TO YOUR FACE AS IF YOU'RE STUPID. NOT ONE WORD OF HONESTY FROM THEM EVER. THEY DO ANYTHING TO CONVINCE YOU TO MAKE A SALE, THEN THEY'LL NEVER ANSWER YOU AGAIN. IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER INQUIRIES THEY WILL NEVER CALL YOU BACK. IF YOU HAVE TO BUY AN INFINITI, PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!!!
