My Review Of Infiniti of Manhattan:

This matter was present to the head manager at Infinity of Manhattan (Mr. Cerino)This dealership did not honor my cancellation of my buyout option within 24 hours of purchase, In addition the sales person required me to take an extended warranty option which was optional but duped me into taking it saying that if I didn't the finance company will not finance the vehicle, even doe my credit score average was a 728. I ended up taken my case to small claims court where I lost the case due to the fact that I had sign the buyout lease option. There was not even a 24 hour grace period to change my mind. Instead they offer me the option to sell me another car at their dealership but I had declined because they have ways of structuring the numbers in their contract. "BUYER BEWARE"!!!!

My Review Of Infiniti of Manhattan:

I've had four infinities and on the latest car i got g37s they have cheated me on the price and the costumer care is absolutely terrible the car is not worth the price they give and they treat you like crap very unprofessional, unorganized. Going to them is like driving into some hole in the ground. Every time i go there they have different prices I call and make reservations they tell you to come one day you come and there like oh sorry your not on the list, they damage your car in their facilities they once recked my bumper and made me pay half another time while i was waiting hours for my car ive seen them close a metal gate on someones car the elevator where they carry cars up.

My Review Of Infiniti of Manhattan:

Getting my car from Manhattan Infiniti has been a great experience. Lori Roman was extremely helpful and accommodating with my needs. Since I live far from the dealership she made sure that we took care of everything by phone and email. When I got to the dealership to pick up my car (2 days after initially starting the process), I was greeted and assisted right away. The finance manager were detailed and made sure that there was no "fine print" for me to worry about. Even further, Bruce was on hold with my insurance company for a long time just to make sure that everything my car needs will be covered. Overall the Infiniti team did a wonderful job and I look forward to sending my friends there.

My Review Of Infiniti of Manhattan:

Consistent with some other recent reviews here, you cannot trust what they tell you, as the Finance dept just makes up fees to get claw back any discounts / deals offered by the sales person.

I was promised a vehicle at the monthly price of the current lease offer, with no money down (just taxes, registration fees and bank fee due at signing). At the dealership I was told the total amount due was $3,073. I was in a hurry and there with my whole family, including a baby as we were leaving town that day, so I did not properly scrutinize the charges. Bad mistake. Turns out, this amount included a $700 (!!) bank fee, $895 in Destination & Handling (which I later found out is included in the financed cost of the vehicle), and another $398 fee, undoubtedly bogus as well. I'm trying to sort out the situation, but so far the staff have not been very forthcoming in rectifying the issue.

Never trust what they say! Even their general manager is a liar. Always ask them to provide everything in writing and always make sure you read the fine print before you sing the paperwork.

First time and will be my last time I will get rid my two 2012 infinity bad news the loose the qx56 all day there give it to some else come back on the end of the day some damage like f... You the you car not mine
I will never deal whit this dealer firm any more I can wait I do not wanna drive this piece of garbage any more to of infinity of manhattan/ nissan

My Review Of Infiniti of Manhattan:

Horrible customer service,went to purchase an fx35 for my wife.Called Infiniti of Manhattan they told me to come on down they had three or more in stock.Arrived at dealership met the salesmen.Filled out some paper work and gave a $500 deposit he then searched for the vehicle for about 2 hours."There it is,let me get it down from off the lift."Waited again for about another 30mins he then calls the manager,and now the manager tried to get it off the lift no luck.Now the fun and games begin.I told the salesmen Kalied that I want to take a good look at the vehicle while it was still stuck on the lift.I walked around it and noticed that this vehicle was a fx50,wtf is going on.So I tracked down Kalied and let him know,he says yes let me try to find the right vehicle another 30min passes by and now we are on the roof no fx35,then yes in the shop we go,there it is.Of course we cant test drive it(its in the shop)and it now late and the dealership is closing.So we schedule for a test drive on another vehicle on the next day once again me and my family are waiting in the waiting area for an hour and a half.Now I am not happy so at this time I just want my refund back.The refund took about 2 week for me to get it back.And not one time did I get an apology from anyone.So thank you very much I guess I didn't deserve it.


PS I went to another smaller dealership called Roadmasters 2 and purchased my fx35 from them no problems at all.

My Review Of Infiniti of Manhattan:

I used to get my car serviced here and they were great - even drove me to work one time... I needed a new FX35. They beat the best price I had been given by other dealers by $30 / month and the car I got had more options. We made a deal over the phone and I picked up my car the next day. They didn't play games with the price or deal we made when I went to pick up the car. I highly recommend Infiniti of Manhattan.

My Review Of Infiniti of Manhattan:

Dealership uses false advertising on the internet. They show you one price and add 7% on top in dealership fees when you are ready to sign the papers. On top of that, they add another 4-5% if you choose to do your own financing.

There is a complete disconnect between sales person and the finance person. Sale person tells me one number, the finance person uses another number. The sales person leaves the room quickly, so he does not have to confront what he told me. Finance and sales person then talk via the phone. The only way you can trust them is to have everything they say in writing even then it's debatable. As they re-nagged even on the price they quoted the car.

I have excellent credit, and I was quoted 6.9% financing and 600$ bank fee. I called Chase, they told me they could do it for around 3% with a origination fee of 75$. Prior to me calling my bank, dealership told me that I would not be able to get any bank to give me a better rate. The way they ensure that is the case is that they increase the price of the car if you get a better rate. :). But they tell you that only if you find a better rate.

It is a complete waste of time dealing with this dealership.

I wanted to get my deposit back. I was told I had to return the deposit sheet in person.
