My Review of Infiniti of Nashua:
I have been using the Infinity of Nashua Service department since it opened for two Infinity vehicles that I owned. I moved to Infinity of Nashua because of very poor service (I had to return vehicles for repairs that were not completed prpoerly on more than one occasion) that I had received at Kelly Infinity in Danvers, Ma. Infinity of Nashua Service folks (especially Jack and Chris) are very curtious and always take the time to explain issues in terms that I can understand; they take the time to look back over the vehicles service records as part of offering up advice before doing commencing any maintenance work; get vehicles returned when promised; and I have never had to have any work redone since moving to Infinity of Nashua.

My Review of Infiniti of Nashua:
I bouught my G35x in 1/08 and have had nothing but great luck with it so far. I hvae brought it in twice for service (regular maintenance). On both occasions a loaner vehicle was available. All work completed on time as predicted and the car came back cleaner than I left it. I will continue to take my car there.

Leased a 2008 g35x. Test drive was efficient, no hassle, informative. Negotiations were as straightforward as they can be when buying a car. There was probably more room for negotiation in the price, but the price I left with was essentially "no haggle," obtained after only 15 minutes of discussion, and was certainly competitive. Overall experience was quite positive, Sean and Claire are very pleasant and easy to work with and want to make sure you have a good experience. Their after purchase follow-up is good. I would recommend the dealership to others and will definitely consider them first for my next vehicle.

I have owned or leased six Infiniti vehicles over the last ten years. The first was purchased at a dealer in MA, the last five at Infiniti of Nashua. My experiences at Infiniti of Nashua have been uniformly excellent. Whether purchasing or leasing, the sales process has always been painless and the staff courteous and professional. The service department has been outstanding led by Jack Korpi. They have always worked to fit my schedule and the work has always been done on time and professionally. I have recommended a number of people to this dealership and I am aware of many who are now customers that I have sent there.

I handled my entire sales negotiations on line with Mr. Vanderbeck, who provided accurate and informative answers to all my questions and concerns regarding the purchase/lease of my 2008 G35X. When I finally visited Infiniti of Nashua to test drive my in stock vehicle, I was treated promptly and professionally and allowed the time to ask several additional questions concerning the operation of the optional features of my vehicle. The sales process was completed in under 5 minutes, at the agreed to value, and all paperwork was prepared in accordance with Mr Vanderbeck's and my prior on line communications. I would recommend this dealership to others and I will again consider Infiniti of Nashua in my future car purchases.

My daughter and former wife had considered many alternatives and eventually decided on 2 vehicles from Infiniti of Nashua. I immediately went in and asked to meet the sales manager in that I wanted 2 new vehicles. Time and price were my 2 most important requirements. I received a fabulous price, great respect for my time and left with the 2 vehicles that we wanted all in about an hour. What a great experience and team. I would highly recommend this team for your transportation needs. Also, the follow up service has been fantastic.

Buying a new (or used) car is something that most people welcome about as much as getting some root canal work, but the people at Infinity of Nashua made my buying experiencen as painless and as pleasant as possible. I found the vehicle (a 2008 used Scion xD) I was interested in on ebay, posted by this dealership. The comprehensive photo album and write-up on the vehicle was finely detailed and right on the money, with nothing overlooked, giving me the confidence to make an offer confidently. When I arrived at the dealership (after a 292 mile drive) the service was friendly, and all the paperwork was prepared, making the transaction quick and trouble free. I will probably never have the opportunity to deal with Infinity of Nashua again, but I wouldn't hesitate. If only my dentist was so good.

My Review of Infiniti of Nashua:
This is a local owned and serviced organization. THey are honest, knowledgeable, competant, friendly, and cooperative. My only dealings are for new cars with Infiniti tradeins. The problem I have is they are the only dealer north west of Boston and I find they are higher priced than the metropolitan dealers for trades. Perhaps it is a price to be paid for the convenience of a local dealer. Their service is excellent and they have an unusual after sales follow up in the person of Claire Nicholson. On delivery she meets with you and explains all the features - especially the now complicated electronics. She is also available for after sales problems. This is unique as I have found most dealers only provide the sales rep for after sales non service questions. All in all, this is a unique dealership in this world today which treats you as a valued customer.

My Review of Infiniti of Nashua:
My experience with Infiniti of Nashua has been absolutely great. I could have purchased my 2004 FX35 from a dealer located much closer to my home, but decided on Infiniti of Nashua because of the overall sales experience. I drive about 50,000 miles per year and currently have over 200,000 miles on my car. All those miles translate into a fair amount of regular maintenance service...mostly oil changes. In my opinion, the service department is second to none. I've owned other luxory cars and the service was generally good, but it was nothing compared to the treatment I've recieved from the guys at Infiniti of Nashua. Henry, Jack, Chris, and Gus are the best!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone...they're a first class operation.

We ended up leasing a G35x and LOVE it.
We would highly recommend Sean. And his wife, Claire (cool British accent!), helps with follow-up and vehicle orientation – a nice touch.
