My Review of Infiniti of Nashua:
I came to Infiniti of Nashua looking for a "newer" car. I was looking to trade a SUV that I still owed a considerable amount of money on. The previous dealership I had used had helped to create a situation that was not fixable, at least that is what I thought. On top of that, we are going through a major illness and our stress levels were already at an alltime high. Unfortunately even though the timing couldn't be worse, we needed to find a "newer" car because the expenses we were incurring for gas were becoming problematic. I contacted Mark Pournaras and set up an appointment. He introduced me to Mike Pepper. The minute I met Mike, I could see I had a salesperson that truly cared. He was not concerned with making a sale but with what had happened to us previously and about what we were going through. He was amazing. I have never been so impressed with a salesman. He was not pushy or persistant. He let me lead and tell him what we wanted. Along the way, we ran into several obstacles, but each and every time, Mike was determined to make our deal work. He made a difficult and nearly impossible situation much easier just by being a human being and not a salesman. I felt like I was talking to someone I had known for years! As Mike worked with Ronnie Ghannem, Geoff Garden and Mark, it became apparent that they were trying to do whatever they could to help us attain our new vehicle. Not with words but with actions! They went above and beyond our expectations. I have been to many dealerships in the past. I will not go to another one again. Thank you Mike! You and the other staff memebers we had the pleasure of doing business with were amazing. Ronnie, Mark and Geoff thank you as well!

My Review of Infiniti of Nashua:
After browsing for a new car at several dealership and then seeing the commercial for the new 2013 Infiniti JX35, we decided to stop in at Infiniti of Nashua. Geoff Garden let us know when the JX would be in and available for a test drive. He was very professional, friendly and helpful. When we returned to test drive the JX, Sean Nicholson helped us from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable in all of the details of the car, (and there are many!)... He was super friendly and took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel pressured or rushed in any way. Not only was the car impressive but the ease and simplicity of working with the professionals at Infiniti of Nashua was doubly impressive. We would recommend Geoff and Sean at Infiniti of Nashua to anyone looking for a great car and excellent service with no pressure and no hassles.

My Review of Infiniti of Nashua:
Matt Burroughs was an excellent salesman. He helped us with every detail to make our decision and was an expert in the various features and performance issues. He was always professional, friendly and likable, making our decision to switch to Infinity even easier. He had a knack for keeping every question positive in nature and treated us like we were the experts, making sure that whatever we liked was supported with information and everything we thought we did not like was explained to our satisfaction leading us to turn the question into a positive experience.

Also, I would like to note that the Finance rep, Geoff Garden was also wonderful to work with and extended every courtesy to to us. Very nice buying experience overall.

My Review of Infiniti of Nashua:
The reason I gave these ratings to this dealership is this is the first independent car purchase I negotiated. Every time I walked in the front door or called on the phone I was greeted personally and with professionalism from every employee. In trying to determine if I should purchase verses leasing, Sean was extremely helpful in educating me on leasing process that I determined in my circumstance it was better to purchase. In his absence I worked with Ronnie who was equally helpful and patience with me and all of my questions. They worked tirelessly with me in my purchase and the dedication from the top down at this dealership is by far the best experience I have ever had. Again, in the past I was never a negotiator that was handled by my husband, so I have witness some real bad behavior at other dealerships. Thanks again for the easy process and the new relationship I have established with your dealership.

Joe was very knowledgeable about every feature of the QX which we were evaluating and eventually purchased. He was truly enthusiastic about his product and clearly proud to be selling Infiniti. When it came time to talk price, both Joe and Ronnie were very responsive and straight forward with their offer. They were able to locate a vehicle which fit our color combination and feature list, and deliver in short order. Geoff made the final paperwork available to us quickly and walked us through the details, including additional offers. The value was simply conveyed without pressure to purchase. A truly positive SUV buying experience from the entire team!

Both Mike and Geoff were very helpful and willing to work with us. Each was responsive to phone calls and also easy to relate with. On the day I picked up my new car, Mike noticed recent landscaping made it dirty. He took it upon himself to run to a local car wash and clean it.

My Review of Infiniti of Nashua:
My experience with Mark and Infiniti of Nashua was overall, excellent. I expressed interest in a used Infiniti via Vehix.com and set up a time to look at the vehicle. Upon arrival i was greeted by Mark. Not sure if he was expecting me since the person i set up the meeting with was a different person but later found out that there is a separate "Internet Team" that passes along the information. Mark was an absolute professional and did not make any assumptions when walking in with my torn up Celtics hat and Chuck Taylors. Before asking any factfinding questions he went through the most complete run down of features and specs of the vehicle, that i have ever experienced, which was great. From there he asked if i wanted to take the car for a test drive and we did. The car was in the showroom at the time, but no problem. They opened up the doors and we went for a drive. He encouraged me to drive as if i was driving it by myself which i appreciated. When we returned, we sat down and he asked me my thoughts and asked how far along the decision making process i was at.Also asked me about other vehicles i was looking at etc. He showed me the maintenance records and car fax. I knew i wasn't going to make a decision that day and he respected that. At no point was there any pressure what so ever. A few days later i had made my decision, put my deposit down over the phone. The next day i was back at the dealership, got my financing and paperwork squared away in less than two hours and drove home in my new (to me) G37 feeling like a million bucks. I look forward to dealing with Infiniti of Nashua in the future as well as referring any friends, family, or clients over to Mark. I felt he was very genuine and treated me with respect and sometimes those two things are hard to find at an Auto dealership, but not here.

My Review of Infiniti of Nashua:
After some bad experiences with other dealers in the past, I must say we headed into Infinity of Nashua feeling kind of skittish. To our surprise our salesman Michael Pepper was great at making us feel at ease, He answered all of our questions and worked very hard to get us a deal we were both happy with and we didn't feel pressured to commit to anything. Our next step with Geoff Garden was equally matched. Geoff got us the low interest rate we needed and had the parameters of the deal fully itemized and easy to follow, NO surprises or hidden fees/tricks in the deal even as my kids attempted to destroy his office, lol... Needless to say I highly recommend this dealership and would definitely shop here again...

My Review of Infiniti of Nashua:
This is the second Infiniti I've purchased at this dealership and I highly recommend both the sales experience and the service department. Sean Nicholson is a pleasure to work with, very well informed and very efficient -- providing the right amount of information at the appropriate time so you never feel like you're being pressured or hustled. The same positives can be said of all the staff with whom I've dealt.

Gus Wallace and the entire service department are far and away the best around and while dealership service departments generally cost more, this one does high quality work -- providing alternatives and working with you in all respects, making it worth the premium.

I would not consider buying or servicing a car at any other dealer.
