Like many have stated it's a typical junk fee dealership. Called before going in to look at a car. Asked about accurate pricing b/c I had read reviews of people complaining about it. Was assured the price was as advertised with no junk fees and even confirmed that number on the phone. Came to drive the car and had a good experience until they brought over their purchase break down. Guess what was there? About 10k in garbage. Nearly 4k for accessories on a used vehicle another 4k for high pressure service contract (technically optional.) Even overpriced gap coverage when I would have financed less than a third of the cost. Got up and walked out. Chased down by the manager to explain the fees which was clearly just xx. Plenty of better dealerships to work with that will actually honor what they say. More

The sales manager basically told me I was stupid for not getting a lease. Which is HILARIOUS to me considering I know you have to pay the difference of the inflation cost etc right now. So who's the stupid getting a lease. Which is HILARIOUS to me considering I know you have to pay the difference of the inflation cost etc right now. So who's the stupid one? Also, they went to price my trade and kept going back and forth from the office for a good 45 mins until I just got annoyed and asked for my keys back. Go anywhere else but here! They need an entire sales and management revamp. I would be embarrassed if I were the owner. More
