My Review Of Infiniti of Riverside:

I was in the market for a used G37. This dealership had one advertised on the internet, so negotiations took place via email. The dealer agreed to an overall Out the Door price for the car, and I confirmed with the internet sales person (Jennifer) that I would be at the dealer the next day for the purchase (cash). When I arrived at the dealership, they couldn't locate the vehicle, then told me it was sent to wholesaler that morning without the GM's knowledge. I was told they could have the car brought back, but then overheard talking in the hallway that it was at auction. Conveniently, the dealer then tried to get me into a lease on a new vehicle.
Bait and switch is still illegal, and I will be contacting BBB as well as the Attorney General's office.

My Review Of Infiniti of Riverside:

We are retired and needed to purchase a used car after ours was totalled in an accident. After searching for weeks for a Prius, we stumbled across a listing for a 2008 Prius at Riverside Infiniti. Mike was the sales rep who assisted us; he was honest and genuine. He actually thought a lower mileage Corolla was the way to go, but he listened to what we wanted. We really appreciated that. The car was beautifully prepared and looked new. After a long test drive, we made up our minds to purchase that car. Mike showed us how to operate some of the functions on the navigation screen, and gave us instruction on some of the cars features. The day was a scorcher, and many of the sales people in the showroom offered us water. Our transaction was smooth and pretty easy. The finance manager was prepared and responsive. The dealership washed the car and filled the tank for us. We would recommend this dealership.

My Review Of Infiniti of Riverside:

We don't return to the dealership very often for maintenance as we live over an hour away. But when we do I'm always pleased by the customer service. However the '05 FX35 we bought as it turns out has a true LEMON of an engine because after about 90,000 miles it progressively began drinking oil at a faster and faster rate so that now we must add a quart every 800 miles at about 100,000 miles . You'd never expect this from any quality engine of course but in consulting with the service rep in Riverside he told us they could "help" with a new engine for about $12,000 as after 70,000 miles the standard warranty is up. We'll get the engine replaced somewhere else for less as we otherwise really enjoy that car but won't buy Infiniti again.

The Service guy was professional. Very clean cut guy look ex military. He was great; kept me in the loop and I had a work area to get some things done while I waited. Having internet wifi access is a plus if you can have.

My Review Of Infiniti of Riverside:

I was cautious to work with or interact with this store based on the previous reviews. I was nice enough to mention my hesitation with the gentleman on the phone. Tim explained to me that the store recently (June 15th of 2011)changed hands to a new owner. The current owner also owns the BMW in the same neighborhood. After reading more about that store I then felt more comfortable to work with them.

In the end Tim did a fantastic job showing me the different models. Now I am the proud owner of a 2011 Infiniti G37 Convetible!!! I have to say, my experience was completely the opposite as described by others and I certainly would not hesitate doing more business with them.

The Infiniti personal consierge service it AMAZING!! As a person who travel for work I am constantly booking hotels and trying to find great places to eat. All I do is call them up and they have my Marriott rewards number on file and they book the hotel for me. LOVE THEM (and my car hehehe)

My Review Of Infiniti of Riverside:

Was made offer on new lease of M37 with promised mileage and packages. Returned to accept deal 2 days later and MSRP went up, Mileage allowance went down, residual payment went up. Thus bait and switch. I dislike dealerships that make salesperson's and dealership's problem into mine. I did buy the car and model with all specifications I wanted from another dealership who at least explained charges accurately and upfront.

Please avoid Riverside Infinti - friendly people - lousy tactics.

My Review Of Infiniti of Riverside:

I cannot begin to describe my horrible experiences with this dealership. They chipped all 4 of my rims, took a chunk out of my Brembo calipers, never listen to any special requests that I make, and on top of that, good luck getting an appointment for service without waiting *AT LEAST* 1 week (more like 1.5 to 2 weeks).

The sales manager (Joe) is the nicest jerk in the world (which is why I rated them 4 on friendliness). If have gotten into arguments with him on several occasions but he goes on and on and on about irrelevant facts that are for the most part inaccurate just to try to overwhelm you and get you to leave. But while he is doing this, is has the biggest (fake) smile on his face the whole time...veeeery irritating.

When I arrive for appointments I still wait at least 15-20 minutes just to speak to someone so I can drop off my car.

Many times I have to return for the same work over and over (currently have two things I need to go back to the dealer for because one they didn't actually fix the problem and the other they created another problem).

The price for a simple oil change and has gone from $27 to $29, to $32 to the current $34.95 within the last year or so.

I am so dissatisfied with this dealership that I am selling my car and have already ordered a Mercedes. I hope to have a better experience with them (and I've already told Riverside Infitit that they blew it!)

Gabriel

My Review Of Infiniti of Riverside:

I called and e-mailed several dealers looking for one
without a binding, mandatory arbitration clause in their sales
contract. I told each that was a deal breaker for me. Riverside assured me they required no such clause. I ended up buying
a car there long distance (I'm from NV) and it was a terrific
experience with no surprises---I thought. When I got home
I found an arb clause on the back of their 2 foot long contract.
If you don't know, a arb clause requires you to waive your
right to jury trial, participate in a class action, etc. Very bad
for consumers. I would avoid any dealership that requires you to
waive your rights. Ask to see the written contract before you even look at a car.

My Review Of Infiniti of Riverside:

I took my I-30 in for an oil change, I supply the oil ( Mobil One). I reminded them that the oil was in the trunk. I waited about an hour for the oil change to be completed. As I was driving away I decided to check to see if they had left the extra 1 1/2 quart of mobil one in the trunk. What I found was six Qt. of mobil one still unopened in the trunk. I returned to the service dept. and told them what had happended and that I wanted the mobil one in the car and a new filter installed too. I have to assume that they did what I ask. The service dept. needs to pay attention to detail with the customer requests in mind.
I got a oh well from the service manager.
