My Review of Infiniti of Santa Monica:
Used lots of high pressure sales techniques on me. Told me deal was good for only one day. I let it expire and then they told me it was only good for one more day and then....you get the picture. Agreed on a price and then they reneged on it. Asked them to send me the out the door price in writing. Wouldn't do it. Tried getting me to put a deposit on the car I was going to buy and then refused to provide a written deposit agreement and terms of the deposit. Gave up on them and then, the sales person stalked me with multiple calls per day trying to get me to "come on down" at month end of course. It's like these guys are selling Hyundais.

My Review of Infiniti of Santa Monica:
I was told that a deal could be worked within my budget and was offered two great cars for a rather small amount of money. The sales personnel called to confirm the deal and invited me in to conclude it.<br><br>After three hours in the dealership, the sad puppy faced salesperson came into the office to tell me that it was going to be slightly more expensive - about $4,000 above my budget.<br><br>Terrible tactic and a very large diappointment. I would have thought Infiniti dealers would have more integrity.

My Review of Infiniti of Santa Monica:
able to match prices. but unable to provide any customer/sales service. this is a price match destination only. their internet group is perhaps the worst infiniti internet group (never responds to email, lots of confusion regarding orders, not educated about their product). worse than that, they suffer from significant turnover which has further hampered their ability to provide service. <br><br>poor experience. perhaps the worst in southern california after glendale infiniti. avoid at all costs...
