My Review of Infiniti of Thousand Oaks:
Matt is the man!! I really need not say anymore. He has helped me buy my 4th car. This guy knows his Infiniti's inside and out. Matt was able to show me how to pair my bluetooth phone unlike the my previous BMW dealership, who just said it's easy follow the instructions.
Rock on!! COD 5 is on the way......Thanks Matt!!!

My Review of Infiniti of Thousand Oaks:
Bought a 04 G35 from these guys after being referred by CarsDirect to the Fleet department. I had visited this dealer before walking in the front door and was slimed by the usual sales slime. The fleet guys were totally different. Everything was up front. They let me test drive all the cars I was interested in, found me the car with the options I wanted, gave me a great deal even showing me the invoice and the extra dealer incentive (got the car for below invoice). Dennis and Luciano were very nice. Since I was coming from the fleet department the finance guys were totally straight up with me and no games. All in all a pleasant experience. The service department has been pretty good too. I will probably by another car from these guys.

My Review of Infiniti of Thousand Oaks:
I bought a used car here. Bob Levy, the salesman who sold me the car, turned out to be the stereotypical scheming "car salesman", leaving an unpleasant feeling after dealing with him. He was annoying during negotiations, and if I hadn't wanted that particular car, I'd have not dealt with him.

I was also promised the second remote key to the car (this remote key costs $300); but then after the sale, that was conveniently forgotten. He started telling me stories about why they still might have to contact the previous owner to get a key (??), and telling me to talk to other employees of the dealership. Very tacky. Whether they lost (or even never had) the key was not my concern; I was promised a second key, and they failed to deliver. After two months, they finally simply said "Sorry - you aren't going to get your other key. Good-bye."

Bottom line: be cautious about doing business with Infiniti of Thousand Oaks, and avoid dealing with Bob Levy at all costs.

My Review of Infiniti of Thousand Oaks:
Typical 'Low End Car' dealership ... and they say they are competing against MB & Bimmer ... haa!

If you dont play by 'their' rules you are not welcome!

You have clearly 2 choices
1. Take the car ... the way they have it ... for the price they want you to pay

or

2. Get the hell out of their showroom ... remember to grab the door on your way out because no one is holding it for you ... unlike when the first time you walk in ... 'someone' is ready to bend over backward ... holding doors ... offering a coffee or a soda ... not anymore
