First let me explain that I did a tremendous amount of research on line prior to meeting Ali and working with him and knew exactly the vehicle I had in my and what the range was for my trade in and the new vehicle. I try to be as informed as possible before I walk into any dealership so I don't get the run around. Initially I dealt primarily with Mary Webb and her online team Alicia and Elena in expressing the vehicle I wanted, the price point I had in mind and the options I wanted for the car. Mary was spot on and timely with her responses, and I knew right off the bat that this dealership was for me. I had three vehicles in mind, and checked them out elsewhere, but came to Tysons to conduct my deal and it was a smart decision on my behalf. Mary turned me over to Ali and that was all she wrote. He was, as others said, very easy to deal with, didn't give you the hard sell, and made very good suggestions. The car I wanted was not located at the dealership, but they made every effort to go out of their way to get the car to me on time. Ali and the entire team of individuals that I worked with are courteous, attentive, most knowledgable and commendable. Their dealership is a cut above what I have experienced in a buying exprience previously and recommend them, especially Ali, highly. You will not be sorry.
