I purchased a G37 from Tysons Corner Infiniti and Kenny Kang almost a year ago; this time around, it was my parents who needed a new car. They were interested in a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder or an Infiniti JX35.

We looked at the Pathfinder first; they liked the car, but it wasn't refined. For a 41K car, you'd expect better quality, but there were parts of the car that were really cheap; something you'd find in the Nissan Versa.

After the test drive, we went to Infiniti and they fell in love with the JX. The quality is so much more refined than the Pathfinder. The top of the line Pathfinder is comparable to the base JX - or to me it is. The quality in the JX was ahead of the Pathfinder; parts did not feel cheap or feel like they'd break easily.

My parents weren't ready to buy that day; Kenny and Young gave my parents some numbers to look over during lunch and they were going to think it over and go back after lunch to see what they could do.

My parents made a counter offer; Kenny and Young went away for a few minutes to discuss and they agreed to my parents offer.

Now, there is a reason why I brought my parents to Tysons Infiniti and that is because of Kenny. I bought my G37 last June from him and I have a great experience, so great that I had to bring my parents there when they wanted to buy a new car. Kenny is still the same man he was a year ago - very helpful and knowledgeable. He knew the JX inside and out. While we were at Nissan, we had a couple basic questions on the Pathfinder (at least I thought they were basic) and I had a few too many "I don't know, I'd have to check" and I even had a "Read the owners manual, you'll find out in there" from the salesman. But with Kenny, when we had questions, he had answers.

My parents worked with Basher for the financing aspect of it; very nice and friendly guy. He made the process very easy for my parents. He explained things thoroughly before signing any papers.

Overall a great experience working with Kenny, Basher, and Tysons Infiniti. My parents are very happy with their purchase and will be returning when it is time for another new Infiniti.

I was searching for a used Highlander for a while. While in my search I found a 2013 in the lot at Infiniti of Tysons Corner. This car is exactly what my husband and I were looking for!! The attention to us by Ali and Kevin through the whole procecss was outstanding!! These guys know what they're doing! I will highly reccomend these team to all my friends.

After the experience I had with other dealerships I was a bit hesitant to visit Infiniti of Tysons Corner. I spoke with the internet manager, Akshay and he was very wiling to work to get the exact car I wanted and explained exactly how he got to the price he quoted me and assured me that there would be no surprises when I arrive to the dealership. Not only was he honest, he actually found a way to save me additional money by going through my employer. He introduced me to Wale who was very knowledgeable and showed me exactly how all the features worked in my G37. The sales manager, Kevin promised me that I will have the exact vehicle I asked for the very next day and he did not disappoint. I was very pleased by how quickly I was able to get the exact vehicle I wanted. Instead of visiting numerous dealerships, I will directly go to Infiniti of Tysons Corner for my next purchase.

I loved my overall experience! These guys made it quite an easy decision to go with the Infiniti JX35 instead of the Acura MDX. I was searching the east coast for a rare car i wanted with every option i had to have and found it here at infiniti of tyson.it was the only m37s on the east coast with under 25,000 miles.i live in new york and was destine to get it.they worked with me on getting me to the dealership and gave me time to buy the car without selling it to anyone else.the price was great and the car 2011 m37s was sensational. Took amtrak there drove it back....towney c townsend was wonderful and helped me set up everything in the car and i hit the highway.thanks a bunch.i highly recommend this dealership

I was wanting to trade in my problematic Lexus to buy myself a new car. Before I went to other dealerships, I decided to stop by the Infiniti at Tyson's corner. The sales representative was amazingly nice and welcoming. Did not put any pressure but gave open ideas with many vehicles. Once I decided on my g37x, Ali helped me out in every way to help me walk out with the brand new car! Usually the weekends are busy so I went during the weekdays, and Ali gave full hearted attention. It was no doubt one of the best experience. Definitely would recommend this place and Ali. He will be on your side when it comes to negotiating price and finance!

While visiting the Infiniti dealership at Tysons Corner, I was helped by sales consultant Ali Almutawakil in finding the car fitting my needs. At first impression, I saw how approachable he was and capable of answering every one of my questions. As a college student on a tight budget he was very understanding of my postion; and I was very fortunate to have been helped by him to find the right car for me. As friendly and outgoing he was, he still remained professional throughout the time I was there. I always felt I was dealing with an honest and forthright person in whose view I was more than just a customer but an integral part of the dealership business experience, in both its personal and impersonal aspects, the human and commercial. All in all, I would say that Ali kept me as informed a customer as one should while also presenting any points or details I may not have knoawn about without my having to ask about them. I would recommend Ali and Infiniti of Tysons Corner to any future customers and know they would share the positive experience I had.

This is my second vehicle from Infiniti Tyson's corner and it was the best experience thus far. Ali provided a quick and easy transaction even though it was late Friday night and most employees had gone home. Still confident today that I got the best lease deal available on a g37xs coupe.
