My Review of Inland Valley GMC:
I'm amazed really that I am writing such a good review of this dealership. In 2000, I had taken my '96 GMC truck there for warranty repair and had the worst GM service experience in my life. Someone must have made some big changes around there.... In 2002, I purchased a new Yukon from Inland Valley, and while I got hit with the usual high-pressure b.s. from the Sales Mgr, the salesman I had been dealing with was very knowledgable and friendly, and in the end I got the deal I wanted. Since then, I've had to take it to them for service 3 times (all for random problems fixed under warranty), and I was very pleased with the service every time. The service writers are friendly and always called me at the time my car was done (instead of at 4:45pm like I've experienced in the past). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealer for service repair work.
