I had some car trouble while in Greenfield. Not only did the service department find the solution to my problem quickly they even gave me a ride back to my home in Indianapolis. I would highly recommend the service department at Inskeep Ford.

I didn't have to wait for a sales rep to wait on me. Frank Lassen introduced himself and worked with me every minute until we reached a most satisfactory deal on a new Ford. Every one I met at Inskeep went out of their way to be sure I purchased the car of my choice at the price I was happy with. Small town atmosphere, but huge in service to their customers.

My Review of Inskeep Ford:
The folks at Inskeep are GREAT. Treated me like a member of the family. There was no hard sales at all and they bent over backward to answer all my questions. I had to order my truck since I wanted a Regular Cab with 8' bed which are not stocked in any dealer in Indy. They kept me informed all along the process. The truck arrived in 6 weeks and they had it ready to go when I was ready to pick it up. Mark was excellent in explaining all the paperwork. Brian Cook was outstanding in every way including helping me to order a special item from their parts department, showing me all the features of my new truck and followed up with a call a couple of days after I picked it up. Patrick Dunn was also super. Inskeep offered me the best trade in value of any of the dealers on the east side of Indy. I would go back to them again and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Our experience at Innskeep and with Frank Lassen were wonderful. Frank knew his stuff about every vehicle we test drove, was patient and NEVER made us feel pressured to make a deal. He "listened" to our wants and needs and worked with us all day to make them happen. We purchased a 2010 Taurus that day and would do business with Frank again.
