My Review of Inskip Acura:
Inskip ACURA dealership needs a total overhaul of their staff, from the top to the bottom. The sales people, sales managers and the General manager are all rude, incompetent and uneducated about how to deal with the potential buyer. Anyone buying a car, used or new, from this dealership is an idiot. It makes one wonder why ACURA allows these people to be their representives. It is one thing to be an expensive dealer but it's another thing to be rude to your customers and incompetent and uneducated in what you are selling. Folks, buy your ACURA somewhere else. You'll be glad you did.

My Review of Inskip Acura:
Peter Cunha, the General Sales Manager must be MOST condescending, arrogant and insensitive individual in *any* business. I found his communication to be so demeaning, I would not buy an Acura from him even if he gave it at 1000's under invoice! A customer's self-respect is worth more than $$$'s and Peter Cunha, the General Sales Manager, does not realize that.

I feel real bad for Acura as a brand, because people like Peter Cunha deeply diminish the value of a luxury brand by treating customers like dispensible commodities that dont deserve basic human courtesies.

Peter feels its a waste of his time to address customer questions and behaves as though he is doling out free food at the homeless soup kitchen.

He doesnt realize that *his* pay and perks come from the money that customers decide to part with. Buying any car, more so, a 'luxury brand' is an EXPERIENCE that customers want to enjoy, cherish and share with others.

Peter reduces it to a tactical transactional level with so much crassness and rudeness thrown in for good measure, you are MUCH BETTER OFF not buying an Acura than putting bread on his table.

Stay away from Inskip if you value your self respect and dignity. Trust me on this one!
