My Review of Inskip Group:
it appears that the ever growing inskip group is more interested in making the sale to finance their endearvours than they are with providing quality customer service

giving that most/all of their brands are luxury - one would expect a certain high level of service from the initial sale thru to the actual delivery of the vehicle - instead we found mistakes were made by our seller that made us unable to pick up our new vehicle on the date and time arranged - A MISTAKE THAT DIDNT HAVE TO HAPPEN AT ALL

this is unexceptable behavior for any car dealership nowadays - especially one that touts itself as one of the best in New England

WE WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND INSKIP TO ANYONE

My Review of Inskip Group:
The management and service team at this dealership is unprofessional and irresponsible. There seems to be no regard for selling sub-quality vehicles and keeping the vehicle for over a week without a "technician" being able to determine the issue. The indifference expressed by the management team since this problem ocurred is more than frustrating and eliminates any confidence once placed in the sales and service team. I would never recommend this dealership and will be advising potential customers to avoid the Inskip Group completely.
