My Review of Ira III:
I was pleasantly surprised with this dealership. We had every intention of NOT buying a car there based on the reviews we read here, but since they were closest we thought we would go in for a quote to arm ourselves at another dealer. We left with a car and a great deal.

Our salesman Bill was polite, patient and thorough throughout the process. When it came to talk numbers another gentleman was brought in (his name escapes me, sorry) with the "what can we do to win your business today" speech. This is usually the point when things go south, not at all in this case. He was much more intense than our salesman but at no point did I feel he was pressuring us into the sale, rather I felt he was trying reach a deal. They made an offer, gave my wife and I ample time to come up with a counter. We gave them a number inline with the latest Consumer Reports figures which was much lower than their original quote. Never a snide remark about our offer, just a straight faced and simple "I'll see what I can do." They not only accepted the offer, they beat it. The experience was so smooth and so professional we couldn't believe it. They really won us over.

I know in my ratings I gave them a 4 rather than a 5 on price. The only reason for that is their original quote was higher than the original quote from other dealers. But the final quote is what counts and we were very happy. Luckily we had a number in mind. We thought their original number was so far from what we were looking for that they would never come down, but as stated before they did. It pays to do some research before walking into the dealer.

I would and will recommend this dealer to friends. We took several of Bill's cards to have on hand to refer him. Kudos to him for transferring our plates in the rain. He was very classy. He is not the typical salesman type.

My suggestion regardless of where you go to buy your car: Arm yourself with as much information as you can about the vehicle and price. If the dealer can't meet you then politely walk away. This dealership beat the price of every dealer, car shopping and consumer site I researched. Take some time to do some research and give this dealer a try. Hopefully you too will be pleasantly surprised.

My Review of Ira III:
Please note this review is on a used car purchase. Price is all this dealership has to offer. They like to employ the "this deal is good only for today," as a high pressure tactic. Lied about an internet offer saying it was a "misprint". They try advertise a 128 point safety check and the car is completely serviced in their ad to deceptively give you a comfortable feeling about their cars. Don't fall for it. When confronted with two safety issues that definitely should be included in their check the response was "sometimes things get missed". No commitment as to when the issue would be resolved and the car ready for pick up. If buying used DO get the car checked out first and if buying new.... I would definitely avoid. If it was a good dealership, in the market for new next year and will never go back to this dealership again.

My Review of Ira III:
Had a very easy and comfortable experience. Busy dealership, but comfortable pace. Very helpful over the phone. Got an "honest and forthright" sense from these people, which is hard to come by at a car dealer. No pressure tactics, no games. Did have to haggle over my trade, but expect that at every dealer, but for most part, a good dealer with good people.

My Review of Ira III:
I liked the dealership because my sales person was not a high pressure sales guy who just wanted to take my money and run. He was very nice and didn't try to play mind games and convince me to buy the car with long speeches and tactics. After I bought the car he helped me move both of my children's things to the new car and made sure I got my registration done and everything in place. He was just as nice after the sale as he was during the sale. I was quoted the same price at another dealer but liked the no pressure environment of Ira of Milford and appreciated the showroom had a two tv's to let my children be entertained by the television while they got the paperwork ready for the camry. It was a very pleasant experience overall.
