The origins of North Shore Mazda begins with our grandfather, who got into the car business while selling vegetables at the Farmers' Market in Waterbury, CT. It was there that he decided to start fixing the trucks that both the merchants and the farmers used for business.

My Review Of North Shore Mazda:

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this dealership. My experience buying my first car was better than expected. Customer Service was amazing and they made miracles happen for me. Albert Blank, the salesman who assisted me, was great. He was funny and such a pleasure to work with. He was able to answer all of my questions and provided lots of options when it came to the car I wanted with all of my wants and needs. I have had experiences of which I sat at a dealership literally all day long waiting to find a car, agree on prices, wait for financing etc., my experience at North Shore was nothing in comparison. I was there for maybe 3 hours and the whole process was done. They worked incredibly fast and I was very satisfied with their quality of work. The prices were good, but of course when it comes to prices it can always be better! My over all experience, though, was a 10 out of 5. So pleased and so happy with the outcome of it all! I will definitely tell friends & family about North Shore Mazda and hopefully will be able to refer many happy people to them as well. So happy & so proud to say I drive a Mazda. Thank you so much North Shore Mazda!

Had a great experience with Al at this dealership. Could not pass up the deal on a 2008 Mazda3. The salesman and the manager we spoke with were so friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

My Review Of North Shore Mazda:

Alex has been a pleasure to deal with. Our car was totaled and we needed to buy a new one. After long research we decided to go to Ira Mazda in Danvers.
Alex greeted us a was very friendly. The whole process was very easy and there was no "hard selling". He explained the price, financing and maintenance of our new Mazda 3.
I would definitely recommend Alex to anymore.

I would like to say that the whole experience was superb. Consultant and finance officer were very friendly and informative. All parties from my sales consultant to the finance officer that I worked with was well above and beyond satisfactory. I would definetly purchase other vehicles there and recommend this dealer to my family and friends.

My Review Of North Shore Mazda:

I recently decided to purchase a new car. Having been a Mazda brand loyalist for close to 25 years I went to Ira Mazda. I had purchased my previous Mazda there.

I think many people equate the car buying experience with going to the dentist. A combination of dread and resignation. I know I was prepared to cut to the chase and not have my time wasted going back and forth on price and options that I didn't want or need.

Well I am delighted to say that my experience with Javon Moxley at Ira Mazda was terrific. Javon listened to what I wanted and he delivered. We discussed prices, different terms and programs. I felt everything was explained clearly and I was able to make an informed decision. There was zero back and forth and we concluded the deal fairly quickly.

All the additional details were promptly handle by the dealership and 3 days after meeting Javon, I drove my car off the lot.

Overall I feel that my experience was close to exceptional. At each turn I was treated honestly and with respect. Not only do I plan to be a repeat customer of Javon's, I plan to refer friends and family to him and Ira Mazda as well.

My Review Of North Shore Mazda:

My wife and I had a great experience leasing a 2013 Mazda 6. Jovan Moxley treated us great, he was incredibly easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the cars. We dealt with a couple of other dealers but decided to go back to Mazda and work with Jovan because the Mazda was a blast to drive and Jovan was able to get us a good competitive deal.

My Review Of North Shore Mazda:

From my very first visit to scope out the new CX5 until I picked up my new car a week later I had a great experience. Everyone was very friendly but I was especially impressed with my sales guy, Jovan. I was shopping around and got quotes from other dealers but in the end I made the choice to stay with this dealer because of what a great job Jovan was doing. He was genuinely friendly and helpful and went out of his way to answer all my questions and get everything taken care of quickly. He was patient and knowledgeable and always made me feel like I was his only customer. Very impressed with my experience.

My Review Of North Shore Mazda:

after having recently having purchased a Lexus from IRA we decided to back to Ira to see if we could find a car for my son.Went to dealership to price and hopefully purchase a used Mazda3 with son. We had looked on line to see their availability and there were several listed. We were told there were only 2 neither had been in accident. First one we looked at immediately noted had been in an accident with side swipe on one side and poorly repaired damage over a door jam on other. We were told second car was one owner, had not been in an accident or any know attempted burglary. We could not test drive it because it had not been cleared. The associate would not drive it for us. Upon looking at car my son saw glass on floor which he thought could have been from a replacement back window. Going back into the office we had questions about the car facts which we begrudgingly answered from the manager. My son started to discuss price and negotiations with the associate who although was less than knowledgeable through our experience had been nice. After bringing my son's first offer to manager Tim returned with a response that I would have to believe was fueled by the manager who was antagonistic to deal with. Needless to say they lost a sale and probably a buyer for life. I would go anywhere else to not deal with that treatment again. Skip thi dealership.

The entire process of buying a new car at Ira Mazda was very easy. Upon first entering, Jovan approached us immediately and made sure that we were taken care of. He was very friendly and helpful, from start to finish. I felt comfortable during each and every step. I would certainly recommend this dealership to a friend.
