My Review of Ira Nissan of Woburn:
I walked out on Tuesday looking for a better deal. I was at another dealership looking for that better deal, but finding none, when Phil from Nissan of Woburn called and offered me the car I wanted for $1000 less than gthe day before due to it being 12/31 and a snowy day. They also threw and all-season mats and discounted the remoted starter. That sealed the deal. Phil was the best salesman, I have ever dealt with. He knew his stuff. He should get a raise. If I buy another Nissan, I would call Phil. I would recommend him 100%.

From the moment I step in the sales rep is very friendly. The sales rep, Phil I dealt with today is very patience and knowledgeable about the vehicle I'm inquiring. The place is very clean and organize. The price is decent. Overall, customer service is awesome and I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicles.

My saleperson was outstanding. He was a pleasure to work with. He worked quickly and covered everything. He was very nice, knowledgable and thorough. Overall, it was a pleasure to work with my sale consultant as well as the finance manager. He was nice and thorough.

This dealership was fantastic to deal with! I bought the car I was looking for in less than 2 hours. There was no pressure, no "sales push" and everyone that I dealt with was extremely professional. If you are looking to buy a Nissan, I would make this dealership your first and last stop!

My Review of Ira Nissan of Woburn:
Mike Walsh was able to get me the Maxima I wanted at the price I wanted. He was proffesional, courtious, repsectful, and demonstrated every aspect of the car. I went to 2 other dealer bfore going here and dealt with sales people who seemed like I was bothering them. They acted like I was wasting their times at Kelly Nissan and Quirk Nissan. I visited the dealership 3 times. First to see if I liked the vehicle. And also get a idea of what they would give me for my trade. I left and shopped there price.

Because of the service I recieved from Mike Walsh I decided to go back and see if he could bear the other prices I recieved. He was able to give me what I wanted for my trade but didn't have the vehicle I wanted on the property. Three days later when it arrived I went down to the dealership and it was exactly as promised. The color and every option I wanted!

I will be going back to see Mike and Ira when ever I am in the marjet for myself or anyone I know.... Thank you Ira Nissan!

My Review of Ira Nissan of Woburn:
I was searching for a new vehicle within a certain price range via the Internet. I had been dealing with Honda, Toyota, Hundai, and Nissan
dealers. I wanted to deal via the Internet without having to go to a dealership until I had narrowed my research to a specific car. I asked for price quotes on the models I was interested in and explained to sales reps. exactly what I wanted. Most sales reps wanted me to visit the dealership in person even without them providing a price quote. This lead to me selecting only 3 dealers ( all Nissan ) dealers to pursue when deciding on a New Nissan Versa. Steve DaSilva kept in touch with me for a couple of weeks, provided me with a very competetive price quote, and verified the price I agreed to pay via the Internet. This was exactly what I wanted to do. All I needed to do then was visit Steve, test drive the vehicle, and then make a decision to close the deal. When I arrived at the IRA Nissan Dealership I asked for Steve and was promptly taken care of. He let me decide on a color and then arranged for me to test drive it with my wife. I then decided to purchase the Versa and the paperwork was completed timely and I had my new Versa within 2 days. Steve was professional, courteous, understanding, caring, and sincerely interested in providing me with the best sales experience I have ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. He never put any pressure on me over the Internet, telephone, or at the Dealership when I met with him. I would be glad to deal with him again should I decide to purchase another Nissan product. Likewise, I would recommend him to others without hessitation. Thanks Steve......

I went to this dealership after buying a car i really didnt want! I was contacted by a veryf freindly and helpful internet slae rep...I explained my issue,she advised me to o to the ira nissan in tewskbury and speak with mike(mngr)...I visited and spoke to mike and a nice sales rep..They were very helpfull in trying to get me into a different used vehicle. I wanted an altima they were trying to get me into a sentra(didnt want)..So i passed and visited other dlrships. About 3 weeks later i went back on ira nissan site and amde an offer on a used altima. I recv'd a call back from a sales rep. I went down to meet with the sales rep and explained i have already been down here and also advised the passt offer on my car....After waiting and waiting! The rep came back and said they will not duplicate the offer,they wanted to give 10k les then orginally offered. I spoke to the head manager and he said basically to bad! I asked i dont understand what happened...Said cant offer you the same trade value...Couldnt explain why...! So i basically went down there under the impression i was going home with this altima...What a waste of time! As i was walking out there was another had the same issue...
