Mike Walsh did an excellent job of helping me pick out a new Murano. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed the test drives. The dealership is close to 128 and 93 and the building, service center and showroom looked in excellent condition. The entire operation including the staff was impressive.

I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE THIS PAST WEEK WITH IRA NISSAN IN WOBURN. MY SALES CONSULTANT MIKE WALSH WAS JUST THE NICEST GUY. FROM THE TIME I WALKED IN TO THE TIME I LEFT HIS DISPOSITION WAS WONDERFUL. I NEVER FELT PRESSURED TO MAKE A DECISION I LATER WOULD REGRET. MIKE WORKED WITH ME AND WE CAME UP WITH AN AWESOME DEAL FOR ALL. The sales representatives did not pressure you when you were looking around the lot. They just simply left you alone until you came into the dealership. When you did come in they were extremely helpful. They answered every question we had and then some. After we bought the car they were just as friendly and made it seem like they still cared about you as a customer. Buy from here!

I just leased my second Nissan Altima in 2 years from Ira Nissan of Woburn. Shawn Crowley has leased me both cars and he is a pleasure to work with. He found the exact car I was looking for and at no time did I feel like I was being sold anything I didn't want. With my most recent lease, I made it clear to Shawn that I was working within a certain budget and he was able to find the car that I wanted at the price I could afford. I have had bad experiences with car dealers in the past and it's refreshing to find a salesman and a dealership that make leasing a vehicle an enjoyable experience.

My Review of Ira Nissan of Woburn:
We first contacted the dealership via the internet for a purchase of a new Murano LE. They quoted a great price which substantially beat the competition. They helped us located the car we wanted and the service was top shelf with no pressure to purchase. The staff was friendly, cordial and very helpful. The whole experience was excellent and we would recommend these individuals and the dealership.

My Review of Ira Nissan of Woburn:
These guys are extremely disorganized. I called ahead and setup an appointment to meet with their sales manager, when I got their I waited for about 45 minutes before someone could help me, and it wasn't the same person I had an appointment with. Additionally, the map they have on their website sends you to Cedar Ave. not Street, so I wound up in a residential neighborhood. Also, whenever I called, I would be transfered like 5 times to different people, and frequent wound back talking to the confused receptionist. These guys are bozos.

I was also looking for a specific model / color and called in advance of when I got their and they said they had it in stock. When I go there 20 minutes later, they had "just sold that car". How convenient / shady. They tried to upsell me on other models, but I was firm on that make as I knew other dealers had it in stock. They said they would get one for me and sell it to me at the agreed upon price. Of course, they never found that car. Tried to upsell me again on pricier model before I took my business to another dealer who got me a better deal anyway.

The whole staff at Ira Nissan of Woburn made buying our new Altima a very enjoyable experience. Belo was smart and friendly. He was very patient while we grilled him about the features, reliability, etc. The management staff and other sales people also helped out through the process. We never felt any pressure from the staff even during the negotiation process. I highly recommend buying a Nissan through Ira of Woburn.

Shawn was just fantastic & Mike (a manager) was a pleasure as well. These guys do an outstanding job to make you feel comfortable and answer all of your questions. I had used a dealership up the road for my first lease and due to there awful service I was looking to find a Nissan Dealership that would actually work for the customer and not against them. Well I definitely found that at IRA of Woburn. Shawn was well spoken, funny, and mostly made me feel very comfortable. They tried there hardest to get me all set with the vehicle I wanted, even going and picking the Altima i wanted up from another dealer because I was unhappy with the color selection. They are attentive and extremely knowledgeable. I am confident that my experience at IRA Nissan of Woburn and with Shawn will be a pleasure in the future & that is the kind of service I look for. I would just like to say a big THANK YOU to Shawn for being so wonderful and for providing me with enough knowledge to make an educated decision without pressure.
