My Review of Ira Nissan of Woburn:
Very pleased with the overall experience of buying my 2009 Altima Hybrid from Ira Nissan. The salesman, Shawn Crowley, was easy to work with, and even drove 25 miles to pick up a check I'd been unable to get to the dealer in order to get my car on time. He took a lot of time to show us around the dealership and more important, made sure we understood every feature of the vehicle , both at test drive and when we picked up the vehicle. My wife came along just at the pick up, and Shawn took more than a half hour to give her a complete tutorial on the car (with way more patience that I could probably have had...). Shawn communicated just enough -- several calls in to make sure my questions were answered, and he listened to my concerns and issues, and made the deal happen without agony. The car was very clean and nicely prepped for delivery. As we were getting ready to drive off, Shawn suggested I drop him an email letting him know how the mileage works out with the hybrid's first couple tanks of gas, and seemed to mean it. He's a very nice guy, patient and persistently helpful.
The price I got on my Altima was excellent, and negotiations were straightforward and good natured as they can be.
It's a large and exotic new dealership (been in this location just a couple of years), but the people were very helpful...very much a "full service" buying experience with a lot of attention to detail. I would recommend it to anyone shopping for a Nissan vehicle.
