Price was great, overall just a wonderful experience for buying a car. I wouldn't go anywhere else and will gladly recommend this dealer to anyone I know looking for a vehicle.

My Review of Ira Nissan:
I would like to say my most recent experience at Ira Nissan of Tewksbury (as ALWAYS) was a pleasant and enjoyable one. Over the past year I've bought a couple of cars from IRA and have visited the service department several times. I've had encounters with most of the staff who has ALWAYS been very welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful individuals who stand behind their products and services.

Aside from the friendly faces, I have faith in the support that this group has thus far offered.

Needless to say, I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, or needs assistance in servicing their vehicle.

My Review of Ira Nissan:
I have given the rating of 5 in my review for all categories pertaining to my experience with Ira Nissan for several reasons. I purchased my 2008 Nissan Altima Coupe in June 2008, of which I was highly pleased with the professionalism of all the staff involved in that purchase. As this being my first vehicle purchase, I was wary of being taken advantage of, as I had visited 3 other Nissan dealerships prior. Fortunately, the knowledge and professionalism of Ira Nissan extended prior and beyond the signing of the sales contract. Ed Stockle and his staff (Brian, Michael, Walter & Nina) immediately located a vehicle from exterior to interior that met my entire "wish list" and also extended beyond my initial "list" at a price that was affordable, and fell within my conservative budget. I recently had a brake situation after 6 months of ownership, and once again Ed and his staff assisted me by expediting the repair of my vehicle. I cannot say enough on how wonderful my experience has been with the staff of Ira Nissan. I am confident to recommend anyone to this dealership as they have made my first experience in vehicle ownership so pleasant, that I know they would do the same for all customers.

My Review of Ira Nissan:
The dealer was ready to negotiate to the price I wanted. Although I had to stay within my budget and fight for it but in the end, I got a car worth its price and that is all what matters. It made me happy and I am hoping my experience will help others and Ira will help new customers like me. The price I received pretty much matched the Blue Book value for Private Party, which is really difficult to get with a dealer.

I would like to say my experience at the Ira Nissan dealer in Tewksbury was a pleasant and enjoyable one.  The Jose Silva  was understanding, couteous and patient. He explained everything about the car to me and answered all my questions without hesitation. \He was honest and upfront. In the past I have dreaded buying a car because of the sales people and the pressure they put on you, but that was not the case at Ira Nissan in Tewksbury.  I would definatly recommend this dealership.  Infact, I already have, and they also bought a car.

My Review of Ira Nissan:
I went to Nissan to look for a used car at first. I must have looked at over 10 cars but could not find the one that met my expectations. Both Jose and his manager Steve worked with me till I found the right car. They kept in touch via phone and email with new cars that came so I can check them out. Finally, I found this great deal for a new 2008 Nissan Sentra 2.0. I drove the car and absolutely loved it. The deal offered 500$ rebate since I was a college graduate. I met up with the finance manager to work out loan amount and interest rate. Everyone was very helpful and I ended up learning a lot about different offers Nissan offered. The reason I gave “5” to all the ratings is because I had a satisfying experience. I wasn’t forced or pressured to make a decision. They gave me time to think about it and adjusted their price that was favorable to me. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly so it is easy to ask questions. Their customer service is the best. I needed the car within 2-3 days so they did their best to get the car ready. They delivered it to my house which was very convenient. I would recommend my friends and family to Ira Nissan for sure. They quality of work and respect to customers’ needs and wants is outstanding. Even after completing my purchase, I know I can go back and contact the sales person or the manager with any questions.

My Review of Ira Nissan:
Every associate including the manager did not try to push or rush a sale; they were patient when questions were being asked and made sure to answer all questions in full detail. They were extremely courteous and thorough when showing and describing all aspects of the vehicle and paperwork to make sure all of my needs and wants were met.
I was also very impressed with the number of awards I noticed on the desks and throughout the dealership and would absolutely recommend IRA Nissan very highly.

The team at IRA Nissan Tewksbury get it. We have purchased three vehicles from them, and every time they have kept our business and earned our referral as a place to be treated right.

Most recently, we went to another Nissan dealership, but the customer experience was 180 degrees off from what we were accustomed to at Tewksbury. The IRA Tewksbury team has a culture of service, and they'll make it right for their customers. They have earned this very positive review through three vehicles of service! Well done.

My Review of Ira Nissan:
I recently purchased a 05 Murano from Ira Nissan and I am very satisfied with their sales department. They disclose all of the figures up front, i.e. sale price, discounts, trade figure, avg APR, ect. Cleiton was very knowledgeable about the Murano and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend the Nissan Murano and Ira Nissan.
