My Review of Ira Nissan:
I did a lot of work on the internet prior to taking the test drive, but once I requested the quotes, this dealership had the best follow up & the best deal.

Aury was very professional and respectful to deal with. He made sure he had the type of car I requested all ready for me to check out once I got there. He answered all my operational questions and followed up right away if additional information was needed. He was very helpful.

When it came to making the decision to purchase, Mike was a straight forward gentleman, who helped make IRA Tewksbury the logical choice for me.

Aurys was awesome! He made the whole process so easy and painless. He was attentive to what I wanted and took time to find out what would be the best car for us and our budget.He was not pushy at all. Top notch guy. I am most definetly going back to Ira tewksbury for our next car and have already reccomended it to everyone when I tell them about our new car. Thank you Aurys!!! I'm still waiting on my pizza though... ;)

My Review of Ira Nissan:
I am a first time buyer and I had visited other dealships whom were too agressive and pushy, which made it a very unpleasant experience (especially for a first time buyer). However, I visted IRA Nissan in Tewksbury and had Marty as a salesman and he was a very pleasant, honest, and friendly person. He's not your stereotypical salesman which was re-freshing from other salesman I had dealt with. I was more than happy to offer my business to not only Marty, but the dealship as well. Further, Ed, whom is the General Manager, is also a great person to meet. He obviously has the last word in terms of price and he was very helpful and made the experience comfortable for me to get to the price I desired. Both men were great and I recommend any buyer interested in a Nissan to go to this dealership. If your looking for a friendly, honest, and helpful peeople and service than Ira Nissan in Tewksbury is a great place to visit!

I had a wonderful experience at Ira Nissan in Tewksbury. I couldn't say enough on how well I was treated. I arrived at the dealership interested in a Nissan Rogue and now I am a proud owner. I was originally approached by Brett, he was great in ensuring that I would drive away with my dream car at a price I can afford. He went above and beyond. Then I had the pleasure of meeting with Andres Damiron who sold me my first Nissan. He was a pleasure to work with. He was easy to talk to and ensured that I was not only driving away in my new Nissan, but that I was an informed new driver. I have had bad experiences in the past purchasing a vehicle and I am glad to say that I will never experience that again as long as I deal with Nissan Ira in Tewksbury.

OUR INITIAL RELATIOHNSHIP WITH IRA NISSON INVOLVED A PREVIOUSLY OWNED ALTIMA WHICH NEEDED NISSON SERVICE. WE WERE SO VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT THAT WE WENT BACK TWO YEARS LATER WHEN SEARCHING FOR A NEW CAR.
WE WERE INITALLY MET BY AURY PENA WITH A FRIENDLY GREETING AND HELPFUL INFORMATION CONCERNING OUR DESIRES IN A PREOWNED CAR OR A NEW VERSA.
AURY ASSISTED US BUT WAS NOT PUSHY OR DEMANDING AS WE WANTED TO LOOK AT OTHER DEALERSHIPS.
WHEN WE RETURNED WEEKS LATER, HE REMEMBERED US AND THE INITIAL VISIT, CONTINUING TO SHOW US NEW INVENTORY AND ALLOWING US TO TEST DRIVE OTHER CARS.
OUR SEARCH WAS VERY EXTENSIVE AND TIME COMSUMING BUT MR. PENA WAS VERY PATIENT, ALWAYS WILLING TO ANSWER QUESTIONS AND BE HELPFUL.
OUR SEARCH ENDED WITH AURY AT IRA AND HIS MANAGER, MIKE FERRIS. WE BOUGHT TWO CARS (INSTEAD OF ONE) AND ARE SO PLEASED WITH OUR DECISION AND THE STAFF AT IRA NISSAN.

OUR INITIAL EXPERIENCE WITH IRA NISSON INVOLVED A USED 2006 ALTIMA WHICH WE PURCHASED FROM ANOTHER PARTY. WHEN DIFFICULTY AROSE WITH THAT CAR, IRA SERVICE DEPARTMENT STOOD BY THE CAR AND REPAIRED IT FOR US.
TWO YEARS LATER WHILE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER CAR, WE RETURNED TO IRA, THIS TIME TO THE SALES DEPTARTMENT. DURING THIS EXPERIENCE ( APROX. 6 WEEK PERIOD) WE WERE CONSISTANTLY TREATED WITH COURTESY AND RESPECT. OUR QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED BRIEFLY AND TO THE POINT. WE WERE INFORMED OF SPECIALS AVAILABLE FOR CERTAIN TIME PERIODS, BUT DID NOT FEEL ANY PRESSURE DUE TO THOSE TIME RESTRAINTS.
THE RESULTS WERE THAT WE HAPPILY PURCHASED TWO VEHICLES.
I SHOULD MENTION THAT DURING THE 6 WEEK SEARCH FOR ONE CAR, WE HAD ALSO PERUSED OTHER DEALERSHIPS WITH DIFFERENT MAKES AND MODELS.
FINALLY, WE FEEL CONFIDENT THAT OUR FUTURE ASSOCIATION WITH IRA WILL BE EQUALLY SATISFYING AND REWARDING.

My Review of Ira Nissan:
I was looking to lease a brand new 2009 Nissan Altima and I decided to check out Ira Tewksbury as my first stop. Well it turned out to be my last because I didn't need to go anywhere else. My Salesman Andres Damron was so comfortable and easy to deal with. He was courteous, friendly, respectful, and did not pressure me to make any quick decisions. I felt he was looking out for me and allowed me to look at all my options before I made a choice. And Ed the general manager was not like most car dealer managers. He was easy going and friendly as well. The negotiations were not "high stressed" by any means. In the end I was happy with my decision and I hope in 3 years when my lease ends that I will be dealing with Andres and Ira Nissan of Tewksbury again.

Very happy with the experience at IRA. Very competitive on price, answered all questions and concerns. Adolfo Cabrera was professional, helpful and patient. He had a very good knowledge of the various models we looked at. Adolfo and the rest of the staff did everything they could to have a car ready to go in just a couple of days. Overall a great experience in what is typically a painful process.

My Review of Ira Nissan:
I recently purchased a Nissan Altima, with the assistance of Andres Damiron & Mike Ferris. I've been leasing Honda's for many, many years & wanted a change of pace. I had owned a Nissan Sentra many years ago & Nissan cars continue to be highly rated, so I decided to check out Nissan. As someone who had to deal with the (mostly negative) experience of negotiating for a new car every couple of years, I was dreading the experience. Well, Andres has changed my opinion of car shopping! He was professional and very friendly. He made the process go very smoothly & we actually ENJOYED our time there(!). I am extremely grateful to Andres for making this car buying experience a pleasant one. Andres went above & beyond from start to finish - he was great!

Oh, about that Nissan Altima - I LOVE IT! I highly recommend both Ira Nissan of Tewksbury and Andres Damiron.
