My Review of Ira Nissan:
This was my first experience at Ira Nissan in Tewksbury and from the way I was treated, it will not be my last. I had a great sales person (Aurys Pena). He was not pushy at all. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us (my husband was with me) very thoroughly. He is more than happy to answer any question(s)I/we had. I also met the General Manager (Ed Stockel) who was also very pleasant and accommodating. The finance manager (Rich Tewksbury) was very pleasant to deal with also. From the moment I walked in to this dealership until the next day when I picked up my car, it was a very pleasant experience.

We have absolutely no complaints about this Ira Nissan dealership. EVERYONE we dealt with was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Our sales rep, Aurys Pena, was especially helpful and thorough, and was quick to answer all of our concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
It goes without saying that buying a new car is a very stressful experience, and Aurys made it much less so, right from the start! Yes, we would have no qualms about recommending Aureys and Ira Nissan to friends and family.

Negotiations were fair and reasonable. Sales person was polite and knowledgeable. General Manager was friendly. Business manager was extremely thorough and took the time to discuss all aspects of the warranty levels available. Vehicle was nicely prepped.

Very pleasant car-leasing experience. Andres worked to understand my needs and constraints. They didn't try to push quick sale or use fear, uncertainty or doubt techniques against the other non-Nissan models I was considering (unlike another dealer who insisted the Rogue required premium fuel and would cost me more in the long run-- a flat out lie-- Rogue uses 87. I walked out.). They didn't push me to give up options/colors I wanted in order to buy from their inventory. They did the work to locate just what I asked for. Honest. Friendly. Best price (I shopped around & internet quotes). Highly recommend and would buy from again.

My Review of Ira Nissan:
My Nissan lease was up so I began the process of searching for a new car to lease. I decided on the Murano SL. Unfortunately for me, the clunker program was in full swing and I simply did not qualify. Ed, the GM went out of his way to try to help me, even though the showroom was packed. I test drove and fell in LOVE with a Murano SL w/360 package. We could not agree on a price, so I left. A few weeks later, Ed called to tell me he another Murano SL on the lot and this time the price was right. I was so impressed that he called me back knowing how disappointed I was when I had to walk away the first time. Ed set me up with Marty and I signed the deal. Marty is hands down the most sincere and professional car salesman I have ever worked with. I never felt pressured. In the past, I dreaded car shopping but this was a completely different car buying experience. Marty is a cut above the rest. I most definitely will be back to see Marty in the future, and you can be sure that I will recommend him, and Ira Nissan of Tewksbury to my family and friends.

My Review of Ira Nissan:
I requested an internet price and received a phone call within 1/2 hour and once I told her what I was looking for, I received an e-mail confirmation within 10 minutes.

I drove two hours and met with Nick who was EXCEPTIONAL. I had the car I wanted at a no haggle price, far less than any other dealer I contacted. I also had the easiest time ever when purchasing a car.

I made several phone calls to Nick with questions and always got a a response in a timely fashion.

You can tell this dealership takes pride in their sales and staff! I would highly recommend them.

I have been looking for Nissan Altima and shopping through internet for last 2 weeks. I got a very good offer from another dealer for my 2009 Nissan Altima. I was almost taking that. Then I came to Ira Nissan to see if they can beat the price and met Aury Pena. He is very professional, courteous, resourceful and ever smiling. He not only got me the car I wanted but also got me a better price than what I was ready to pay. He showed his sincerity and commitment to customer satisfaction by following up with me at every stage during my sale and registration process. I would also commend his colleagues - Mike (sales manager) and Sherryl (finance) for their professional work. I would definitely recommend the dealership and Aury (sales person) for any prospective (new or old cars) buyer.

My Review of Ira Nissan:
My wife and I recently travelled to Ira Nissan of Woburn, Mass. to look for a new Nissan Altima. We had been driving a 2008 Nissan Sentra which, though a wonderfully reliable car which is great on gas mileage (one of the reasons we purchased it last year when gas prices skyrocketted), suddenly became too small for our quickly expanding family. We have an 18 month old son, and my wife recently gave birth to a daughter, who is now 4 months old. The sales manager and sales associate we worked with were, without a doubt, very helpful and receptive to our needs. We had seen a Altima on line that we were interested in and when we arrived at the dealership they located that exact car on their lot, allowed us a test drive and we were in love. Willy, the sales manager, worked diligently on our behalf to draft a deal through NMAC that accomadated our monthly payment needs/expecations. Belo,the salesman, was very patient and kept us up to date on the status of our car. Belo was very knowledgeable of the product, and was very polite and kind to my family. The whole process was very smooth there, even the finance gentleman, Hank, who had just been hired by the dealership a week prior, was extremely efficient and thorough. He had us out the door, signed and sealed in under 45 minutes. We are very pleased with our new car and highly recommend this dealership.

My Review of Ira Nissan:
My wife and I had visited 8 new car dealers before we went to Ira Nissan of Tewksbury. I did some initial shopping with Jason Eisnor (internet sales rep from Ira Nissan) who set up an account for me with exactly what I was looking for...when my wife and I went in we gave Mike our customer number. They had cars ready for us to drive. They also stayed late to work with us on the paperwork, and we drove away with a new 2009 Nissan Sentra FE 2.0 within 37 hours of putting down our deposit. They were friendly, courteous, and very professional, which is more than I can say for some of the other dealerships my wife and I visited. If you are looking to buy a Nissan I highly recommend Ira Nissan of Tewksbury!
