My Review of Ira Toyota/Scion of Manchester:
My wife and I needed to buy a new car to replace a larger SUV. We were indecisive as to what vehicle to buy that would give us about the same cargo room but was better on gas mileage. John Leedham attentively listened to what we wanted in a vehicle and what we could afford. Negotiations were professional, John and Shawn Ramos made the experience pleasant and without pressure. We were able to go home and think about the vehicle and the deal that was offered to us without worrying whether the deal would change if we went back in to finish purchase in a few days. John went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and excited about our new purchase. Josh Gendron helped us go through the financial documentation to make sure we understood everything and was attentive to all our questions. Would definitely purchase from Ira again and recommend them without hesitation.

These guys were wonderful. I was very afraid of cars salesmen and they were absolute gems. It was also my first car purchase and they made it a painless experience. After pricing cars, they were also able to get the price right where I wanted it-- no other dealer could match their offer. No joke. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and especially John and Steve!! They are awesome. Go to Ira.

We had a great experience and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were not pressured by the staff and received all the proper information to make our purchase. Joshua explained to us the Lease vs Buy options and went over in detail the warranty information and maintenance plans offered by Toyota. Chuba was very helpful in our selection by getting to know us and understand what exactly we were looking for.

Seth is a young and vibrant salesperson. He is fairly new in this business but eager to please and do an exceptional job. He goes over and above expected customer service protocols. He is humble, treats the customer with respect, and takes the time needed to explain or seek information for any questions you may have. He never treated me like an "ignorant woman" as many car salesman do. He is respectful and wants to do a good job and earn your respect. Go straight to Seth. He is a real person.

took my 05 tacoma in there for a 4wd issue that they could not find what was wrong with it they thought that it was many different things this started in december of 07 and was under warrenty when it happened. same thing keep happening every few days and still nothing they could find wrong with it and the service manager was changeing around what i was telling him happened and didnt want to cover the work because in the time that this was happening the vehicle warrenty ran out but this was an on going issue of the 4wd not working. i eventually had to get toyota head quarters involved and they were not very helpful at first so i then went straight to the corporate headquarters and spoke with the presidents assistant and she was very helpful and it took till august of 08 to finally find out what the issue was and it ended up being a couple of wires that were corruded under the sheating. but Ira toyota was not kind to me during the whole process and was trying to say that i did something wrong to the truck. the girls in the rental department were the only ones that were kind. I even went to the GM to try to just trade the vehicle in and see what he could do for me his priceing was way out of line and he was trying to tell me that it was the best deal that i would find but now in april i finally decided to really get rid of that truck and got a lot better deal at another dealer than what they were offering me back then. i would NOT reccomend anyone to this dealer for service or sales would tell you to find a different dealer to go to.

My Review of Ira Toyota/Scion of Manchester:
My main reason for submitting this review is to praise the efforts of Danny Levesque in my recent car purchase (3/31/09 used 2008 4 runner). Overall I was impressed with the IRA organization, however I feel that Danny went out of his way to make this a successful transaction. Negotiations were professional and without emotion. Deliverables ( I needed a hitch added) were met promptly as promised. Danny knew all about the car and answered all questions clearly and to my satisfaction. It was the end of the month and the final paperwork was not handled as well as it could have been by another person. I would have appreciated having the paperwork explained rather than just being told to "sign here". But since it was the end of the month and the dealership was busy, it was understandable. I will tell my friends and family about my experience and I would definitely purchase another vehicle from IRA and from Danny. Having been in Sales myself for 25 years, I can say that he handled himself professionally and is a credit to the IRA organization. Rich Pepa 603-673-5201

My Review of Ira Toyota/Scion of Manchester:
My wife and I purchased our second vehicle (a 2009 Toyota Venza) in less than 12 months from Seth at Ira Toyota in Manchester. It was "one stop shopping" because we did not want to buy from anyone but Seth and Ira. Our experience last year when we purchased our 2008 Rav4 was so pleasant that we didn't want to go anywhere else. We were happy that the vehicle we really wanted to buy was one that is sold by Toyota.

It may sound like I'm laying it on a little thick here, but there's a reason I feel this strongly. When I was younger, I worked for 11 years at a car dealership owned by my father and my uncle. Since my family got out of the auto business (13 years ago), Ira is the first dealership that I have felt treats customers the way my family did. I never felt pressure to buy the car, rather, I felt like they were helping me to purchase it. When it comes time to buy our next car, I hope Toyota or Scion are offering the vehicle we want so we can again purchase from Seth.

I started my purchase over the internet. I wasn't really planning on purchasing that day and I wasn't thinking of getting a Toyota at first. I thought I would take a look. I made an appointment and was contacted by Seth who was very kind. When I arrived, we started talking about the kind of car I would like. Based on what I told Seth, he chose a car for me to test drive. The car he picked out ended up have everything I thought I wanted and things I didn't know were available. In the end the car seemed to be there just for me and I wouldn't have even gotten a chance to see it if it wasn't for Seth. I was able to get a god price on the car. Everyone was very friendly. Even though it was busy, I was not forced into anything or rushed. I was given all the time that I needed to make my final decision. I would highly recommend IRA toyota and Seth.
