My Review of Ira Toyota/Scion of Manchester:
It was time to start looking for a new car since I had put on over 100,000 miles plus on a three year old Nissan Altima. This was my first time going to Ira Toyota of Manchester NH. I was meet in the front of the dealership by Sales Rep. Seth Boutin.
He asked if he could help in any way on the selection of the car that I was looking for that day. Seth was friendly and has a good knowledge of the Toyota car line. He asked many questions pertaining to color, options, and safety of the car that I was looking for that day. With that he was able to show me the car that I purchased. At no time during the period that was spent with Seth did I feel any pressure to purchase the car. I will not hesitate to tell and of my friends of go to Ira Toyota of Manchester to see Seth Boutin and the rest of the staff for any of their car needs.

My Review of Ira Toyota/Scion of Manchester:
I bought a Toyota Sienna from the IRA of Manchester. The employee who worked with us was Danny L Levesque. Danny was courteous and understanding to our questions and was very patient. He is a very good sales person and will try to get you the best deal.

The buying experience was good and interesting.
We went to the IRA Manchester dealership and agreed to purchase a certified Toyota van which we liked. It was found the next day that vehicle did not have a title and they had to get another title which would take them around more than 2 - 3 weeks. To keep us happy after some discussion they provided us a rental car free of charge till they get another Toyota van or get the title of the same van. In the following weeks they found another certified van which was newer 1 year with less mileage from the one we selected. Danny Le Levesque told us that he will honor our previous agreement and sold us on the same agreed price of the earlier van.

During this whole process of getting another van Danny was very helpful and understanding and kept us informed on the progress of the another vehicle. If I decide to purchase another vehicle I would prefer to deal with Danny L Levesque. He was more co-operative than his managers. I would give him 100% in overall customer satisfaction.

Overall this was a good deal for us and we closed the sale after 1 month of time period. As compared to other dealerships in that category I would prefer to go to IRA of Manchester.

My Review of Ira Toyota/Scion of Manchester:
John Leedham was excellent! I got a terrific price and he worked hard to get my business. He was very supportive even after I had worked out a deal with another dealer.
Bobby Cross was helpfull and patient with deciding about gap insurance and service plans but my lease agreament was filled out in such a way that my father has to mail me my bills and my car was very difficult to register because it looks like my father is leasing the car instead of me when and he is the cosigner. When this was brought to his attention he did not correct this. Also dissapointing was the sticker on the car said it came with a full tank of gas and I was given the car with barely a quarter of a tank.

My Review of Ira Toyota/Scion of Manchester:
This was our first purchase from this dealership and our first Toyota purchase as well. My husband and I each bought/leased new vehicles and the process was very easy. Our Sales Rep, Bill, was extremely patient with us from the start and took the time to explain everything to us as we've never leased a vehicle before.

Our two car purchase kept the staff at Ira Manchester a few hours past closing time, but everyone was so courteous and helpful.

My first visit to the service department to have my ResistAll put on the interior of my car was equally satisfying. I received the best customer service from my service rep and was treated with the utmost courtesy.

We are very early in our experience with Ira Toyota of Manchester, but I feel like I'm part of the family already.

Thank you for all you've done. My husband and I are thrilled with our new Camry and Corolla. I'm sure my next purchase will be a Toyota as well.

I went to Ira Toyota to just look into buying a new car. I was met outside while I was browsing at the vehicles in the parking lot. Seth Boutin came out and introduced himself to me which impressed me. He was very personable, courteous, well-informed, listened attentively, low-key (which made me feel very comfortable)and was well versed in customer service. I would recommend him to instruct employees in how important customer service is and how it is done. I cannot say enough about his salesmanship. My whole experience was positive. I ended up buying a new 2010 Rav4 and driving it home today. It could not have been a more pleasant experience. Thank you Seth for a wonderful experience!

My Review of Ira Toyota/Scion of Manchester:
I went to Ira Toyota to purchase a new car last night and ended up leasing a vehicle instead. Based on discussions and a negative equity in my current vehicle, leasing may have been the way to go. Since leasing is a new experience for me, I don't feel that I was able to negotiate at all; hence the OK price rating. My overall experience in working with Seth Boutin in locating a car was very good. Seth is very personable, seemed to ask the right questions, and knowledgeable in his field. The financial end of my experience was that it still takes forever to process all of the paperwork and they try to sell you additional services that aren't necessary.

This is the 2nd vehicle that I've purchased (or in this case leased) through Toyota of Manchester. Again, since leasing is so new to me, I honestly can't say whether or not I got a good deal (and Seth if you're reading this, I still think I should have gotten the automatic starter installed as part of the package) -- I believe that it was okay, but I can definitely say that I recommend Seth to work with if you're searching for a Toyota in the Manchester area; Seth is knowledgeable, not over-bearing, listens to your needs, and a go-getter.

Yesterday 10/12/09 I went to Ira Toyota and bought a used car. Seth was great to work with. My experience was great. I check a few other dealerships before stoping at Ira. I found that Ira was a much more friendly place to be. If anyone is looking for I car I would suggest going here.

Asked for no telephone calls as I do shift work. I left my email address waiting for a response to a question about a car (check engine light was on during the test drive). They have been constantly calling me ever since waking me up. Yes, I am on the national do not call list.

I was considering trading in my dying car for a new vehicle. But then heard that Shawn Ramos a sales manager sold a vehicle that was held for a veteran to someone he probably knew personally. Then made them wait two weeks to find out of the sale went through or not. Poor customer service, I wouldn't want to have to deal with that.

I would never buy a car from people who don't honor thier word.
