My experience was fabulous from start to finish. I called and spoke with Mike Gugino, General Sales Manager, who was friendly and ansered all my questions. He gave me his name and told me to ask for him when I came in. Yury Menaker, Sales Consultant, met me at the door with a smile and a handshake. I explained that I had spoken with Mike, and he had me sit at his desk and promptly retrieved Mike. I explained to them both that my credit was less than perfect, but that I was in serious need of a car. I had done a lot of research and knew that I wanted a used Yaris. Mike first assured me that we would discuss my finances, but that he wanted to make sure I found a vehicle that was right for me. This impressed me, because I thought that as soon as I disclosed my credit history, no one would even want to talk with me. I then sat with Yury and told him what I was looking for. We took a walk in the lot, and I spotted a car that perfectly fit the description I had in mind. Yory immediately started telling me about that car, and grabbed the keys so I could take it for a drive. I knew it was the car I wanted. He then had me fill out a credit application. After a very short wait, Yury came out with a smile and said "Congratulations, you're going to buy that car". I then went in and met with Jose Fereira, who discussed the details of my credit report. I was so impressed, as he really listened, asked questions, and made lots of notes. He gave me a quote, and I was incredibly pleased with the amount, as it was right in my price range. He explained that I would receive a call the next day with an exact quote, since it was after business hours and the banks were closed. I was nervous that something would go wrong, but his confidence and friendliness left me feeling very positive. The next day, at 11am, I received a call from Victor Quinones, finance director, who explained that he had gotten me a great deal, and was excited for me to come in and go over the details. About 5 minutes after this call, I also received a call from Yury, who wanted to congratulate me and explain what we would be doing once I came in that would allow to me leave with my car that very day. I arrived at the dealership in about an hour, and Yury once again greeted me with a big smile. I went almost immediately in to meet Victor, who was amazing to work with. He had negotiated my interest rate down over 10%, as well as added on an unbelievable warranty package. He explained every detail, answered all my questions, and even assisted as we called to notify my insurance company. I was in shock at what an unbelievable warranty I was getting, including free oil changes for the first 3 years/36 months, "PassKey" key replacement, a LoJack security system, and much more. He even gave me a demonstration of the "ResistAll protective coating", which was impressive! I could hardly contain my excitement, and Victor seemed just as excited as I was! Once all the paperwork was complete, Yury came in and explained that it would take about an hour to finish the insurance paperwork, and get the car registered. He also told me he was going to make sure that someone from LoJack would call me by the next day to set up installation. He showed me where the waiting area was, and made sure I was comfortable. While I was waiting, a LoJack representative called my cell phone and sceduled installation for this coming Saturday, right at my house. In about 45 minutes, Yury brought my car out front with a new inspection sticker and a full tank of gas, and let me know it was ready! He then walked me to my new car, and once again reviewed all of the car features, and made sure I did not have any other questions. From start to finish, this experience has been wonderful. I would urge anyone to visit this dealership, and I plan on telling everyone I know what a wonderful experience this has been.
