I saw a certified Camry online, called in and made an appointment. I arrived at 10am,and drove out by 1pm with the car I wanted,and at the price I was quoted. Everyone was very professional,knowledgeable and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better sales experience. I highly recommend Toyota of Milford to anyone looking for a new or used Toyota.

My Review of Ira Toyota/Scion of Milford:
I just bought a Toyota Highlander from Ira Toyota in Milford, MA. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Both Pat and Harry worked with me to find the perfect car for my needs at this time. They are true professionals and I would absolutely recommend Ira to anyone looking to buy a Toyota. I am in sales and I buy cars more often than most. I have dealt with several Toyota dealers and other Car dealers in the past. They just cant compare to these guys! I even switched cars on them midway through the process because I felt like I should really get an SUV versus a sedan. They were flexible and made it happen without any BS. They focus on customer service versus just trying to sell a car and move on. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate my experience with Ira Toyota at a 12. Thanks for doing a great job Pat and Harry and everyone at Ira Toyota!!!

Im writing again as i took my tundra there and they put the wrong oil in at my last vistit.Well i took the truck else were this morning and come to find out they also hacked my skid plate up and was missing bolts.Im not sure who they have in serice there but i think they hire jiffy lube techs as there trained toyota service staff.Who runs that dealership anyways ?

My Review of Ira Toyota/Scion of Milford:
I was in final negotiations with another dealer on my 2009 Tacoma when I was turned off by the high pressure tactics of the sales manager. I decided I would look into other dealerships. I asked for an internet quote from Ira of Milford, it was several hundred dollars lower than the competitor. When I showed up at the dealership I sat down with Mike Gugino. Mike's friendly demeanor and no-pressure approach was very refreshing. I bought the truck that night. Jim Lukatch was very helpful in the final sales arrangements. I have already recommended Ira of Milford to my friends.

My Review of Ira Toyota/Scion of Milford:
My experience was fabulous from start to finish. I called and spoke with Mike Gugino, General Sales Manager, who was friendly and ansered all my questions. He gave me his name and told me to ask for him when I came in. Yury Menaker, Sales Consultant, met me at the door with a smile and a handshake. I explained that I had spoken with Mike, and he had me sit at his desk and promptly retrieved Mike. I explained to them both that my credit was less than perfect, but that I was in serious need of a car. I had done a lot of research and knew that I wanted a used Yaris. Mike first assured me that we would discuss my finances, but that he wanted to make sure I found a vehicle that was right for me. This impressed me, because I thought that as soon as I disclosed my credit history, no one would even want to talk with me. I then sat with Yury and told him what I was looking for. We took a walk in the lot, and I spotted a car that perfectly fit the description I had in mind. Yory immediately started telling me about that car, and grabbed the keys so I could take it for a drive. I knew it was the car I wanted. He then had me fill out a credit application. After a very short wait, Yury came out with a smile and said "Congratulations, you're going to buy that car". I then went in and met with Jose Fereira, who discussed the details of my credit report. I was so impressed, as he really listened, asked questions, and made lots of notes. He gave me a quote, and I was incredibly pleased with the amount, as it was right in my price range. He explained that I would receive a call the next day with an exact quote, since it was after business hours and the banks were closed. I was nervous that something would go wrong, but his confidence and friendliness left me feeling very positive. The next day, at 11am, I received a call from Victor Quinones, finance director, who explained that he had gotten me a great deal, and was excited for me to come in and go over the details. About 5 minutes after this call, I also received a call from Yury, who wanted to congratulate me and explain what we would be doing once I came in that would allow to me leave with my car that very day. I arrived at the dealership in about an hour, and Yury once again greeted me with a big smile. I went almost immediately in to meet Victor, who was amazing to work with. He had negotiated my interest rate down over 10%, as well as added on an unbelievable warranty package. He explained every detail, answered all my questions, and even assisted as we called to notify my insurance company. I was in shock at what an unbelievable warranty I was getting, including free oil changes for the first 3 years/36 months, "PassKey" key replacement, a LoJack security system, and much more. He even gave me a demonstration of the "ResistAll protective coating", which was impressive! I could hardly contain my excitement, and Victor seemed just as excited as I was! Once all the paperwork was complete, Yury came in and explained that it would take about an hour to finish the insurance paperwork, and get the car registered. He also told me he was going to make sure that someone from LoJack would call me by the next day to set up installation. He showed me where the waiting area was, and made sure I was comfortable. While I was waiting, a LoJack representative called my cell phone and sceduled installation for this coming Saturday, right at my house. In about 45 minutes, Yury brought my car out front with a new inspection sticker and a full tank of gas, and let me know it was ready! He then walked me to my new car, and once again reviewed all of the car features, and made sure I did not have any other questions. From start to finish, this experience has been wonderful. I would urge anyone to visit this dealership, and I plan on telling everyone I know what a wonderful experience this has been.

I had a great experience buying my new Corolla recently at Ira Toyota-Milford. My salesperson, Bill Shaw, was extremely professional and well-versed in the Toyota line. I had done a fair amount of homework prior to buying, and Bill answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. I was impressed by the ease of this whole transaction and the high level of customer service I received from Bill. From the initial introduction by Bill to the final purchase paperwork with Steve, this was an easy, no-hassle, fun experience, and I would highly recommend Bill and the team at Ira Toyota.

My Review of Ira Toyota/Scion of Milford:
I visited this dealership due to its good reviews on this site. I, too, was impressed with the friendliness and knowlege of the staff here. Marc was careful to ascertain my priorities, needs, and wants in a vehicle. Before I even got into the RAV4, he showed me all over the car, pointing out features and answering all my questions. Once inside the vehicle we went over all the controls- purposes, useage, etc. Again, Marc could answer all my questions without hesitation. The test drive offered a mix of in-town and on-highway driving: a good test of ride smoothness, acceleration, braking, visibility, noise levels, etc. I felt that I was thoroughly introduced to the RAV4.
If you are shopping for a Toyota, I have no hesitation in recommending this dealership. Knowlege, professionalism, and customer service are all at home here.

Called IRA on a Saturday to make an appointment for an oil change. The pleasant female who answered connected me to service but no one picked up after about four minutes. I hung up and called back and was on hold again, no one in service picked up. What has happened at IRA? I hear all the good people including Mike Mason are gone. Called Bernardi and they pick up instantly. Booked my appointment and my car was serviced in less than 30 minutes. Things have changed for the worse at the Milford location.

Experience was great! No pressure sales, very accomodating, showed several vehicles before a decision was made. Offered good suggestions.
I had done my research prior to visiting the dealer. They listened to what I wanted, provided appropriate and accurate answers to all my questions. They worked with me to make a deal and met my price. The whole process was done timely and professionally.
