My Review Of Ira Toyota/Scion of Milford:

There were 2 vehicles I was interested in that I saw online. The dealership emailed they would have me meet directly with the sales manager since I didn't have much time. When I arrived, I was assigned to a sales person, not the manager. After waiting for over 20 mins to be able to take the test drives, I was told that one of the cars I wanted to test drive had been sold. This car remained as active inventory on the website for several days after I was told it had been sold.

Eventually I did purchase the second car that I had seen online. I completed the online credit app, but I still had to complete the same form at the dealership. The salesman encouraged me to sign the bottom of the form without reading it, and to not worry about filling in the rest.

I was told by the sales person that if I came in during a weekday I would be able to drive the car home that day. I went in at 1pm, and spent the rest of the day waiting for the dealership to have the car ready. I received a call 5 minutes before the dealership closed telling me the car was ready.

The day after I purchased the car I got an email with more forms that needed to be signed that had been forgotten the day before. 2 days later I got a call to come back to the dealership to sign forms that were prepared incorrectly the day I purchased the car (which I had pointed out but he said didn't matter).

Within in 3 days of having the car, I noticed the brakes pulsing when they heated up, and I had to jump start the battery twice. The dealership did right by this, replacing both the brakes and the battery at no charge.

I was completely satisfied with is dealer. I wanted to buy a 2013 toyota corolla Le, and checked few dealers here in Norwood but none of them where friendly and approachable. However, when I got a call from Ira Millford and they quoted me the best price and next day I went to there and did all my paperwork. I was very happy with there best service and these guys work very quickly with best deals ever. Guys keep up the good work (Ira millford you rock). Wanted to thank one and all including sales professional Brad Trenchard for all his help and he was very knowledgeable. Thank you

My Review Of Ira Toyota/Scion of Milford:

We decided to buy a new Toyota for my Mom, the first thing Ira did wrong was let Osi Momodu go. We purchased my 2011 Toyota Corolla from him and he was fantastic! When we went in we spoke with James K. and he tried to push a 2012 Camry on us. which only had 12 miles on it, but the new 2014 will be in soon, so I know that he saw a woman and thought this was a great way to get rid of the '12. We drove it, and probably would have purchased it if he hadn't been so pushy. not only did he want to negotiate the price for the older model, he tried to charge us what a 2013 would cost us...yes it was new, but come on...we know you're not getting rid of that for full price when the 2014 models arrive. Then, he brought over the sales manager who sat down and said...are you going to buy a car today...because if you're not buying today then we can't give you a quote...this is after he took all her info. SS # copy of her drivers license and all other other info. The cost was going to be $450 a month for this car...for a woman with perfect credit...he made us feel so rushed and pushed that we left without looking at anything else or getting any other quotes.

So we went to another dealer in Auburn, got the car we wanted Brand new 2013, WITH navigation, back up camera, and everything she wanted for the exact price we were wanting the monthly payments at. no pressure.

James had the nerve after treating her like that to call her the next day and get her to come back in and negotiate further. She just smiled and told him she had a new car for the price she wanted, and didn't need his assistance.

Once you try to mess with a person's mother...I will never do business with Ira again.

My Review Of Ira Toyota/Scion of Milford:

Nelson and Ira Toyota treated me exceptionally well on my last visit. I came in mid morning with a broken rear windshield wiper arm. They got the part same day, told me to come in at my convienenece in the late afternoon, and installed the arm and blade/holder with no labor charge. I know it was only a few minutes and a couple bolts, but on the day before a big snowstorm, their abillity to get it up and running with minimal stress impressed me greatly.

My Review Of Ira Toyota/Scion of Milford:

The entire process is a conspiracy. The front line salesman cannot answer any question or do a deal without going through 3 levels of power trip laden disgusting human beings. They purposefully demean the customer from the moment they walk in the door until they have gone through the gauntlet of sleaze. Even if you do your homework and know what you want including the appropriate price to pay, they will lie or manipulate every aspect of the deal to squeeze every last ounce of money out of you. I could imagine they are talking in the back room about their war stories like some bounty program. If you enjoy feeling unclean then this is the place for you. Good luck.

My Review Of Ira Toyota/Scion of Milford:

We absolutely love this dealership and have purchased 3 cars from IRA Toyota. We plan to buy another car at the start of the New Year and guess who gets our business? Ira.
Nelson P. was very nice helping us, sincere, good attention to detail, listened to our needs and what we needed tp check on our car. He offered suggestions to maintenance for us to consider our options. Very nice people at this dealership and they take care of the customer. They even feed you. Yes they gave us a coupon for a free large pizza and honestly how cool is that, just for an oil change.

We also found good news at this service visit as our previous sales rep. Fred is now the Sales Manager. We always buy from Fred, but he assured us we would be taken care of and he would oversee the sale every step of the way with another sales rep when we are ready.

I love that, when YOU are ready. No pushing, no stalking, you are given your options.
They just want you to be happy with your purchase, and happy with the car you've selected.

Really love this dealership.

This dealership is A++. Nice waiting area and friendly employees. Ryan was my main salesperson, he was fabulous! He knew everything there was to know and helped me narrow my very broad selection down to my favorite two! Knowing my budget he worked with what would best suit me, in the end I choose the perfect car that fit my budget and I couldn’t be happier! Ryan listened to all my questions and concerns and was truly sincere. I was completely confident when it came time to sign the final papers and he was very honest and upfront throughout, I loved that! Ryan made it easy for me to make a very big decision! I will definitely be back when I come to get my next car! Ryan, without a doubt, should be at the top of your list when shopping for your next car, 110%!! Ira Toyota of Milford A++!!!
