My Review of Ira Toyota/Scion of Milford:
I had the pleasure of working with Ira Toyota of Milford. The Service Director, John Dowden, was extremely helpful and professional. I was recently in an auto accident, John and his team were very quick to help me. From beginning to end, I was taken care of at Milford. I cannot begin to say how pleased I was when I got my truck back. My truck looks better now then when I leased it two years ago. John and his entire Service Team is the most reliable, professional and friendliest Service Group I have ever dealt with. I recommend this dealership to anyone that is in need of any type of Service for their vehicle. And since I had such an amazing experience, I will be working with them in the future for all Toyota Service and Sales. Thanks again to the entire Ira Toyota of Milford family!

My Review of Ira Toyota/Scion of Milford:
I purchased my RAV4 from this IRA dealership. I did my research and knew I was getting a good price. I have returned for routine service numerous times and have been very pleased. They have a very comfortable atmosphere which is important since I usually go after working a long overnight shift. They are friendly and take my car in right away and listen to any concerns. I had some paint chip on a rounded part near the wheel well on my year old RAV4. It was not from damage. I spoke to Paul in service at IRA. He was a great help. I had read some bad stories about dealers not being helpful or blaming the customer. Apparently this has happened to some other Toyota buyers. IRA and Paul did not give me a hard time. They will replace the part and prep it before I arrive. No hassle. I'm always appreciative of really good service... especially as I am getting older and A bit more picky. The car is otherwise great and I still believe it is a better buy than other similar models. Thank you Paul and IRA Milford.

Last week I bought a brand new 2012 Corolla. I love my new car so much, it exceeded my expectations. Kevin was very nice and extremely helpful. He explained all of the features that came with my car and made sure to answer all of my questions. Kevin even called me a few days later to make sure I was happy with my purchase and that I did not have any problems with the car. The staff at Ira is so friendly and eager to help. Overall I had a very good experience at Ira and I would definitely recommend them.

Arrived without appointment with a detached glove compartment in my hand that I could not replace properly. Mr. Martinez greeted me immediately with a friendly and quick response to my problem. He called a service person to my car and fixed my glove compartment within 5 minutes, with no hassle or reticence. I was on my way in minutes with my problem fixed. Thank you, Mr. Martinez.

My Review of Ira Toyota/Scion of Milford:
I promised a review for Kevin, so here goes. I was reluctant to drive 40 miles all the way to Milford, especially since there are several Toyota dealers nearer to where I live. But I must say their price on the used Toyota Camry Hybrid was better than around here. I'd say the trip was worth it. I got a nice car for a good price, and a great service. I almost feel like he was trying too hard to get a good review like this, but I guess that's a good thing. After the usual haggling, Kevin took good care of me. He communicated clearly with me over the next couple of days regarding the paperwork, exactly when he would be available and when not. I appreciated the fact that he even peeled off the steering wheel cover I had left in my old traded-in car, and brought it to me, w/o even asking. If you are a prospective buyer, I know, seemingly too-positive review like this may seem a little inflated. But I did have overall positive buying experience at Ira Milford, so thanks, Kevin.

I might also add that the facilities are just top notch -- customer lounge area was pretty nice and men's room was spotless. I judge businesses in no small part by how clean their bathrooms are:) By that measure, they do pretty good.

Glad we came to Ira III of Milford. The little over 25 miles travel definitely paid off. Not only we got exactly the model and options we wanted, we got absolutely the best price in Boston Metro as well. The salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and meticulous. Of course, everyone's experience is unique; ours was just terrific. Thanks.
