Hello Travis, Thank you for your feedback about this, because this should not have happened, and we apologize for any inconvenience you faced. Your concerns will be shared with our team to address and prevent similar situations in the future. I am unclear if you had scheduled your appointment on our website or if you'd called and gotten an agent . I tried to schedule a maintenance service and mount and balance 4 tires from our online scheduler found on our website, but there is no option for the mount and balance 4 tires. I will look into that. If the appointment had been made through a call center agent, there should not have been a problem with doing the work you'd mentioned in one appointment. We do require a credit card number when ordering a part (or tires) or to hold a component or tires for you so that another person cannot get those items. I do see that you had come in on January 10th to have the tires done and the maintenance that would have been due at that time was a 75,000 mile service, which is basically a tire rotation service, which had not been done.
