My Review of Ira Toyota/Scion of Milford:
Using the internet as my primary tool to identify the Toyota
vehicle (RAV 4 L - 4453)I wanted to purchase became a unique, easy
way of literally shopping primarily from home. It was a great
experience and the only way to go.
Peppered amd loaded down with email and telephone responses
(including extremely annoying ones - follow-ups...)from 11 Toyota
dealers in MA, RI & NH I perused the offers and narrowed down my
search-decision to 3 dealerships.
Kevin McDonald of IRA Toyota was clearly responsible for my going
with IRA.
The buying process was smooth.
The Salesman, Chris Wicks, really ROCK(ed). Chris was outstanding,
from providing an overview of the vehicle to thoroughly explaining
all the nuances - gadgets - options before, during and after our
test drive. He answered all our questions thoroughly, in-depth and in great detail. Chris is an extremely consciontious and detaill oriented salesman. My wife and I both felt that this car salesman really cared.
When we picked up the vehicle Monday afternoon (11/24), Chris, tirelessly and matter-of-factly, went over everything again.....
Chris made the sale process incredibly seemless... YEAH he didn't
have to press the "Easy Button". Chris just made it feel that way.
Chris is an extremely knowledgable salesman. For a 4 month rookie,
he is a real veteran. Outstanding - he is truly the BEST!!!
DO NOT LOSE HIM. HE IS ONE OF HIS OWN KIND.
Chris definitely is not in the mold of the "typical car salesman".
AND "You" < management & ownership > know exactly what I mean!
