My Review of Ira Toyota:
Their sales tactics are what gives car sales people a bad name. Typical bait & switch with a quote over the internet & a completely different price when you go into the dealership.

Dmitry didn't like the me having printed their invoice prices off Edmund.com & tried to tell me that Edmunds pricing was not accurate, YA RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He didnt want me to worry about price, we would talk price later down the line after I found the exact car I wanted since the ones I was quoted prices for were apparently not around.

Dmitry also tried to tell me that the $500 under invoice special price for the month that Oleg quoted to me, did not apply on the RAV 4 limited. They also like to add prices into their invoice, such as
TDA . toyota dealer advertizing of around $400. I don't think so. \

I went up the street to Atamian & bought a Honda, they are pleasant , honest, no high pressure & keep their word.......

IRA claimed to have toyota tacoma 4x4 , access cab, at $19,277 - 0% financing 36 months according to a Globe at Saturday 5 April 2008. When I went to their Milford dealership on monday 7 Aril they had nothing of the sort available. Also claimed that this financing exists only on Tundra in spite of their add. They are advertising vehicles at low prices that they don't have just to get customers in the door.

I came in to look at a Highlander and met Eric Krist. He is a great person. He showed me everything I need to know about the suv. I was comparing a few different models. After knowing about the Highlander and its competion, I decided to go with it! He knew everything about the Highlander. Everything was done in a timely manner and drove home in my new Highlander that same day. I met Hank in the business office and he went through all the options. He explained all the paper work to me and my wife. The car is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!! I RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR A TOYOTA!!!! THANKS A MILLION! BLUE STREAK COLOR!!

I just want to write and say that my experience with everyone at IRA Toyota was a very pleasant one. In fact, the best experience I've ever had buying a new car. First, the whole process from start to finish was extremely fast and efficient. I'm a pretty busy person and this is something I really appreciate. Also, I felt that I received a fair deal in terms of overall purchase price and the value I received on my trade-in. The sales guys seemed very honest to me and were willing to negotiate and do whatever it took to give me a deal that I was happy with. Zach (the lead salesman) is new to the business, but he came across as very honest and sincere - not slick or sleazy sales type. He made sure that all my questions were answered and that I was comfortable with everything. Jason, the sales mgr, was great to work with in terms of negotiating the deal. Hank was very friendly and efficient in walking me thru the financing end of things. Thanks again to everyone at IRA for their part in my buying experience. I will be back.

I recently purchased a Toyota Camry from IRA Toyota in Tewksbury and it was a great overall experience. The salesman, Steve, was great. He worked with us to get to a payment that was within our budget and IRA gave us a very good value on our trade-in. The sales manager, Jason, was terrific, as well. They never tried to pull the wool over our eyes or come back to us with a ridiculous payment when we told them exactly what we wanted and what we could afford.

I would highly recommend the IRA Toyota dealership in Tewksbury.

I recently decided to go look for a new 2007 Toyota Corolla. I had gone to many dealerships and had not been treated very well anywhere until I stopped into Ira Toyota in Tewksbury. I came into the dealership late around 7:45pm. I figured it would be late enough that I could just look around without being bothered. I was approached by the salesman (Steve Rice) and he was not pushy at all. He offered me all the info i would need to find the right car for me. And although I was looking for a 2007 they were no longer available so he showed me a 2008 corolla. I wasn't sure if i was ready to buy but everything went so smooth i decided i was ready to go. he found the perfect car for me and all the paperwork was easy with the great finance dept manager.(Hank) He made everything really easy for me to be able to take the car home the following day. I would definately recommond this dealership and these two gentleman to do business with!
Thanks Ira Toyota Tewksbury, see you soon for my first oil change!

I recommend IRA Toyota (Tewksbury)!!! They were very helpful in helping my wife and I select the right Camry for us. The Salesperson (Steve) was the best! He was very knowledgeable about the Camry and its competition. Treated us with respect and ASKED us what was important to us in a new car. We got the right car, right color, right everything, most importantly the right price. We purchased many cars in the past. This was the BEST experience we had! When we went to pick up the car every thing was perfect. Full tank of gas, plates and state inspection sticker was done, and the lovely new car smell…. Tom went over the entire car with us, showed us every button and knobs. IRA is also open 7 days a week for service. That’s a plus.
I WILL BE BACK TO SEE YOU GUYS FOR MY NEXT CAR!
