My Review of Ira Toyota:
I had a great experience purchasing my camry with Ira toyota in Tewksbury. They made my whole family feel at home. My kids enjoyed a movie and play area, while eating freshly popped popcorn!! My wife even commented how tastey the expresso was from their fully automated expresso machine!! thats service.. I even caught the end of the Pats game before going into the finance office..
Overall, the price was great, the people were great, and they delivered the camry to my wife's work with a big red bow on it!!
Thanks again Ira, I'll be sure to spread the good word!!

My Review of Ira Toyota:
Very Friendly, No games. Did'nt give me the the same old sales experience I got when I bought my other cars. This is the only place I would reccomend my family and friends to go to buy a car.

My Review of Ira Toyota:
I was in the market for a Toyota Prius. I started by going to the Toyota dealership right up the road (Acton Toyota). They couldn't have been less interested in selling me a car... they told me the color I wanted with the package I wanted wasn't available for 4 weeks... I left annoyed and started surfing the internet, and found Iracars.com. Sure enough the site showed that they had the exact car I wanted! The following morning I called their phone number and was quoted a price almost $2,000 lower than the other dealership... I was told to go to the dealership and talk to the Sales Manager to finalize the deal. When I got there, they had the deal waiting for me. No tricks, nothing shady... I had the deal done in no time. When I went to pick up the car, there was a minor snag with one of the options I asked them to put in... Anthony Delvanto stepped in and took care of everything, from fixing the problem at their expense to making sure I had a loaner car during the service call... I knew I'd love the car, and now I know I'll be coming to Tewksbury for all of my future Toyotas too...

My Review of Ira Toyota:
Just adding my voice to the slew of negative reviews for the Ira Toyota dealership (Danvers). We were subjected to outright lying: one "sales price" with "zero percent financing" quoted on the phone linked to a "confirmation number" and "be sure to only speak to a sales manager". When we arrived we were assigned to a regular sales person, Frank Moshirfar, who was initially friendly, albeit casual. After trying out several cars, we were told much higher prices than quoted on the phone. When we brought up the earlier prices and confirmation number, he couldn't get us off of the lot soon enough. Nonetheless, he said "we have to honor what you have been told" and assured us the deal would still be good the following day when the 0% financing ended. No surprise, when we called back the next day the deal was gone. At least we didn't make the long drive back up for nothing. We are long time Toyota owners who need a car within a week. In other words, an easy sale. Maybe they don't need to sell their cars!!

My Review of Ira Toyota:
These guys have not joined the internet age. They are a traditional car dealership in the best and worst sense - you may be able to make a great deal if the sales manager needs to meet quota, and if you know how to bargain with them, etc., but otherwise you can count on a range of deceptive, high pressure tactics, added "clear coat" crap, reference to their "invoice minimums" and other numbers that don't mean anything, and trying to wear you down. Sales is not discouraged from lying outright. A lot of the the standard Toyota option codes are overpriced, and they have added quite a few "optional" codes unique to Ira Toyota Tewksbury (like $400 of stupid carpet that will get destroyed in three months anyhow). Definitely threaten to walk and start walking at least twice and mean it - they are real believers in the theory that once you're off the lot the lead is gone, it could save you thousands. Mention you are going over to Acton to compare.

My Review of Ira Toyota:
Ira Toyota advertises low prices that are not available. Commercials say "trust ira", which is absurd given their track record of deception.

Very questionnable sales tactics including advertising cars that are not available. Sales people I dealt with were deceptive and refused access to higher level sales management.

My Review of Ira Toyota:
I have bought over a dozen Toyota's from afew different dealers this is the worst experience by far. Brazen bait and
switch with the aid of WEEI Radio. This afternoon 1/18/07
IRA announced 'Camry for Corolla prices 13887' . Called
the website 800 number led to Scott who assured me that
'at least 7 of these low equipped cars were new and available.
He made a call the Jonny sleazeball manager in Danvers.
After over an hour to get there they just sold the 2 at that price.
When they saw I would not slide to a full priced model they
attempted to kick me and my family out. Never seen such
an underhanded disregard for the law in my life. When I asked
for serial numbers of the 2 sold cars he scoffed and said i don't
need that. Got a load of discusting venumous employees to
kick me out.

I would just assume spit on them than buy something from them. Got to go State and BBB letters to write. Will write to
Toyota as well.

Don't go near them they smell vial.

My Review of Ira Toyota:
I had to hire an attorney to force IRA TOYOTA of TEWKSBURY, MA to return my elderly mother's deposit. Salesman MIKE IVOS tried to strongarm my mom into taking delivery of an improperly equipped vehicle.

Sales Mgr JOHN MARTIN claimed to my attorney that there was a misunderstanding and that a side deal or separate deal existed for the optional equipment. Let me ask you, who buys a new vehicle and executes a side deal for optional equipment?! I believe that IRA TOYOTA of TEWKSBURY engages in unfair and deceptive practices. Submit a complaint to the Attorney General's Office and the Better Business Bureau if you have a bad transaction with IRA.

Watch out for IRA's tactics - the salesperson carefully detailed the vehicle on the "worksheet" but then re-wrote the vehicle features in code "FE,CV, etc" ("it's like a VIN #" said liar salesperson MIKE IVOS) on the P&S.
